This shop provides poor service with poor customer service. You will be disappointed in the manner in which estimates are given and the total cost of service you will receive. Please stay away from this business there are definitely better and more honest technicians in the Atlanta area.

I had an old 325i convertible and always took it to Bob at RWL. These guys are great! They will always use used parts if applicable, they will use the welder next door, and consequently charge the best and most fair price ever. Twice I had gotten estimates elsewhere (why, I don't know) and both times they came in WAY lower. They do great work, are surprisingly fast for a mom and pop joint, and WILL PICK YOU UP AND DRIVE YOU HOME!! I have nothing but good things to say and will recommend them to all my friends with German cars.

is a great place to have your car fixed, tuned up or towed if need be. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and vehicles are treated with the upmost care. As a woman, I have never felt intimidated to ask questions at the Wreck Room and I have recommended them to several co-workers. Their towing service is outstanding, and well-priced for those who do not have towing insurance. They complete work in a timely manner, and always explain what needs to be done before completing work.

My experience with RWL was not as bad as the one reveiwer, but not as great as the other one. They were not quite on time, but I have never been to a car place that was. The owner is nice and I felt honest. No longer have the car, but if I did I would take it back.

Bob and Brendan are gurus of the German car marques. I do pretty much all of the work and maintenance on my cars and take it in only when diagnosis eludes me. Each time these guys nailed it on the first try. FYI - they all personally drive what they specialize in. They genuinely love German cars.

Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience with RWL was very unpleasant. The car was not ready when promised, the price charged was higher than the price quoted, the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. I would highly suggest that you take your German automobile to another mechanic for repairs.

There were 3 interested parties ("owners") of this older, poorly maintained 944. Dealing with the 3 of them made clear communication all but impossible, and our experience with them equally unpleasant. The price was not higher than quoted, the car was ready when promised. These were extremely difficult people to try and please and we obviously failed. We have had many success stories in the past 35 years, but regretfully this was not one of them.
I owned an older BMW and RWI maintained it for four years. The owner does the work and deals with customers directly. Fair and honest, which is rare in this business.
