Mr
Water heater was possibly bad. Chad was knowledgeable and gave me several options. I opted to have the water heater replaced which was done quickly, he cleaned up the parts from the old heater and made sure it was working before leaving. I would definitely use Bardi for plumbing issues I have in the future.

Technician either untrained or dishonest.
We have had the same issue every year for ten years when turning on air conditioning: a switch needs to be thrown in the condenser. Used Bardi last year, and advised. No issue. Called Bardi this year, advised same problem. The Bardi tech, 'Nihad', bumbled around for over two hours. He finally insisted there was a leak in the freon, and possibly some other problems. He said charge was $295 to do a "leak check", about $150 - $200 for the freon, plus whatever else needed to be done to fix. He attached guage to show there was no freon. I didn't believe it. I called another company, who immediately detected the problem, which was exactly what we sai it was, showed us how to throw the switch, and attached gauge to show there WAS freon. He showed us that the Bardi tech didn't remove the cap or turn the switch on the condenser where you attach the gauge to check the freon, which is why his reading showed no freon. How does an HVAC tech NOT know how to check for freon. That's hvac class 101. Either he was improperly trained, not trained, or dishonest, trying to sell us phony stuff we didn't need.

As you know, being a returning Bardi customer, our aim isn't to be dishonest or "sell phony stuff" that isn't needed. We seek to deliver top notch service and match our technicians' expertise on every call, while upholding our core value of "Always Doing the Right Thing." It appears in this situation we may have came up short, and for that I again apologize. I've spoken with Nihad regarding this issue and found there is an opportunity for additional training. Per our conversation I am waiving the costs incurred during this visit, and hope your trust is restored in Bardi. If there is any further way I can be of service, please don't hesitate to call me directly.

Heating installation
My old Ruud unit went out and needed to be replaced, so I contacted Bardi for a new system. Jeramy sent me several options to choose from and helped me with financing options as well. Chad came out and did the installation as promised and once again I have heat in the winter time, which is a very good thing. I am happy with the unit I chose and their work so far. Chad spoke very highly of the company and promised to stand by any issues with their installation and the equipment. The installation was completed today so I can't speak to any future dealings with them, but I am very pleased with their service at this point in my relationship with them, and will call them again for any heating and air needs I may have. Chad even offered me some suggestions and solutions for my aging thermostats. I think I will be using them again soon.

Great Heating services
I loved the prompt service in response to a "emergency" call and Adam B fixed the problem. Adam B was very knowledgeable, patience, through and neat. So I signed a service contract, and look forward to a great relationship with Bardi in the future.

Bardi Heating and Air has excellent service
I just received the best customer service from Chad P. of Bardi Heating and Air. Last week my heat stopped working. Upon inspection, Chad was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it within the same day. I am very warm now that my heat is working again.
