A Lifesaver with excellent service too!
Bardi Heating & Air probably saved our lives when they found three cracks in our furnace heat exchanger. The cracks were at least two inches long each and could have filled our house with carbon monoxide. This was the source of the changing number on the CO alarm panel. Not high enough for an alarm yet but measureable and probably heading for worse as the cracks would have lengthened as the heat came on and off. Time for a new Lennox system by Bardi. Of 3 quotes, right in the middle by only $121.00 but they bothered to call back and ask if we had any questions, Install guys were professional, no mess left behind and the 21st century Lennox thermostat is amazing. Sales guy called back twice after the install to make sure all was ok. Top notch!

Professionals in every sense....
I was looking for a new HVAC company to service my furnaces and chose Bardi not only because of their low pricing for system tune-up, but the customer service reviews and BBB ratings too. My initial opinion was confirmed after I spoke with the office staff and found that I could easily get an appointment within 48 hours and the window that I wanted. The office called that morning and confirmed the technician was on the way. Matthew Shoyelu showed within the window as promised. Dressed professionally and very courteous, Matthew took to task and found the nature of a problem I had been expereincing with one of my units. He gave me several options for repairs & upgrades, but never pressured. He took great pains in ensuring that he did not track anything into the house or scuff floors by wearing his booties, and even picked-up a couple of small pieces of insualtion that fell out of the attic. His attention to detail was on another level compared to other comapnies I've worked with over the years. I would have him and Bardi back in the future. The entire experience was positive and is definitely worth sharing with others.

Set up and service was very quick
Very quick, their phone service needs a lot of work to navigate, but otherwise they were very timely in their service.

Amazing service...
I have been a Bardi customer for several years and am always amazed at how professional all the employees are that I get to work with. I am treated professionally and with alot of courtesy and respect and today Matthew Shoyelu provided such exceptional service I felt compelled to write a review. In a world with so much bad service, its refreshing to be treated so well. Thanks Bardi!!!
