The company overcharged and didn't stand by their word. They are a rip off and not to be trusted. They stated they only charge what the insurance company pays for the roof and anything else the insurance pays is ours to keep. They refuse to give a invoice with the breakdown of charges but want the to collect the overhead and profit when they only been paid overhead and profit twice. If it wasn't agreed to be paid, then you are only entitled to what the agreement was for the roof.

Trying to roof a house in between the cold and rain of February 2010 was a bit of a challenge. RSA guys were up to it. They did an excellent job on the roof and also had a crew that re-sided my old L.P. chimney with Hardi Plank. The few very minor items on the punch list were handled graciously. I've got some neighbors that I will recommend them to. Great job.

I always get 3-4 bids when doing a remodeling project at my home. Although Roofing Systems of Atlanta was not the least expensive, I felt that the quality of the work I was going to receive would be far superior to some of the other suppliers....and it was! The President of the company,Dave Sapp, personally hand held the project from beginning to end. I felt he was as honest of a man as they come...and he was! Omar lead the crew during installation. He gave me a comfort level that it was being done right...and it was! I had an outside contractor come to inspect the work done by Roofing Systems of Atlanta, and he had nothing but praise for the job they did at my home. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof. Rhonda P. Marietta, GA

This company was in the subdivision due to the number of bad storms to come through Woodstock. Doug was very nice to work with and he took the time to drive me around a nearby subdivision, so I could see the end-result of their work. This was great, as I was leaning to a new gray roof, but seeing the end-results of the Black Onyx on a roof changed my mind. The workers showed up on the appointed day and did a great job - though getting a roof is a very loud job. Rain did so them down about 6:30 p.m. that evening, but they were back early the next morning and done by lunch time. The only thing left over to know they were even there was a pair of work gloves they forgot on the grass. The roof looks great and adding the ridge vent along with my existing whole house attic fan will surly save me some money, as I can turn AC off and just enjoy fresh air flowing through my home. Great company, great workers. If I had a second house I'd call them again. But I highly suggest you try them.

We recently needed to have our roof replaced and after reviewing several estimates and companies, decided on Roofing Systems of Atlanta. Doug Metzger was very thorough during the process. His team arrived early, were very efficient and completed the job with minimal amount of inconvenience to the family. Everything was covered--shrubs, deck, porch---prior to beginning the roof and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. The roof looks great and we are very pleased with the final product.

Removed old vents, papered over holes without patching. Cut ridgeline vent holes crooked, could see the sky through holes made. Had to go to office in person and refuse to leave for company to send someone out to repair damage workers did to my home. Nails, cigarette butts, bottle caps, chicken bones left everywhere. Cigarette butts under shingles on new roof. Horrible, horrible experience.
