Called Eddie (678) 480-0475 about a leak on my roof. He came out and "fixed" with a 12 month warranty. About 6 months later it started leaking again. He sent his team, they fixed and then about another 5 months it started again (still within the 12 month window). I had to argue with him that he owed me to fix it but he told me this was the "last time" before I had to pay again (attitude not appreciated) Now it's leaking again. This time I got on the roof myself with a roofing friend and realized Eddie didn't do anything more than put silicon everywhere. He didn't replace the flashing or shingles like he mentioned, just put silicon on top of a rotting board. So a $6 tube of silicon and 1 guy spending 20 minutes to slop it everywhere cost me several hundred dollars! I would avoid this guy and his business at all costs. He is not genuine and doesn't do quality work and scams people for their money. If you already are in process of working with him get photos and itemized lists of the exact things that were done. Before you pay, get on the roof and inspect the work.

Let me begin by saying I own 3 houses that regularly need work and this is the first time I've felt pressed to write a negative review in order to forewarn anyone considering hiring Atl Pressure and Steam. I paid them nearly $2000 to repair a roof leak, clean my gutters, and install gutter guards with a 3-year warranty. After numerous phone calls and emails, months of waiting and being ignored, it turned out that there was no roof leak. It was actually a squirrel nest in my attic. In addition, several of the gutter guards blew off, and the remaining guards do not allow water to enter the gutter. Therefore, flooding began occurring all around my house, causing major water issues in my basement. The guards have rendered my gutter system completely useless. I have requested several times that they remove the guards and refund my money or replace the guards with a product that works and they have refused. I have spent so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue to no avail. I wish I had known. Good luck with your project!

This guy works for them. See web site at estyspressureandsteam.com I am trying to get him to return my call now about a deck job they did. Boards were supposed to be secured and I have several that are loose. They should have been screwed down. Also, some were split badly by the nailing they did.

I tried these guys about a month or so back after seeing them on this website. Was ok with the service rendered, but that was all. Not sure if we will use them again or try soemeone else next time. Hope this helps.

We had a hard time getting any company to even respond (must be too busy...ha) but these guys were very professional. They came right out and gave us a pricey estimate, but I had to put my house on the market and could not wait so we agreed to their services. They did "OK", but we had to call them back out again to redo the windows (looked horrible) and touch up some areas. They reluctantly came back out. Overall, too expensive and only mediocre on the quality, but at least they responded.

Personal from Atlanta Pressure and steam came out to pressure wash my house. They did a good job, but I think that they were kind of pricey. They will always try to upsell to get you to pay for services that you didn't ask for. I'm not really sure if I would use them again, I would probably look around for a better deal.
