How did the rating system know exactly what these folks are best at? :) Great plumbers, who do great work. Service with a smile, booties on their feet, and they clean up very well. A nice change from other guys. Pricing is always fair. You get your money's worth!

I hired Roy and his son Justin (members of Superstition Plumbing) to replace my home's 9.5 year old water heater, which had sprung a leak at the bottom of the tank. The replacement, a 50 gallon natural gas Bradford White model, is now installed and working beautifully. Roy's bid felt high to me (I'd guess the out-the-door total is twice the cost of the water heater itself; note though, that I did receive higher quotes from a couple of the other plumbers that I called). However, I went ahead with Superstition Plumbing for a few different reasons. Roy is easy to talk to and doesn't do any hard sells or pitches. He came over to do his bid on Memorial Day Monday (where many plumbers did not return my calls until Tuesday AM). He is up to speed on the big and small quality and maintenance differences that make it possible to keep a water heater running properly for multiple decades instead of 5-10 years. Roy carefully explained how and when to periodically flush the heater and inspect/replace the anode rod. He installed higher quality disconnect valves and a higher quality drain valve to make this easier. I appreciate Roy and Justin's attention to quality and detail, their hard work, and my hot water!

From our water heater to our sinks we use them and have for years. They are honest, very knowledgeable, tell you like it is, professional, and clean cut. Which we really appreciate. No scary dirty plumbers in our home. Its hard to find a plumber you know you can trust over and over - these guys are that. I refer them to everyone I know.
