It was extremely refreshing to see the sense of urgency that Bob displayed.

Not only did he treat me like I was the only client he had, he took the time to explain options and allow me to choose what was best for me.

I have passed his number on to neighbors and friends, and hear the exact comments from them. Each time they call me up to tell me how quickly Bob responded to their calls, and how professional he handled them. I have not passed his name to anyone that didn't save money through Bird Dog.

Thanks to Bird Dog, my concerns for my employees' safety are satisfied. No longer do I worry about someone "lurking in the back room" when my people come to work. Professionalism, cost savings, quick service - that's Bird Dog.

I called Bob in to my company and he saved me approx. $80.00 in phone and internet services. It was actually from one of the major companies as well. Bob knows the ins and outs of the business and tracks the "deals" and jumps on them.
