My kitchen sink finally kicked the bucket and I called Frazier. These guys are great. They show up when they say they will, they do excellent job and they are attentive to any detail and punctuality when providing services at my home. They made sure to repair all facets of the problem, not just patch work it. Work was accomplished in about 30 minutes and they clean up the work area. They are professional and polite (very knowledgeable of the plumbing codes and ways to get issues corrected). I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service and ease of trust. Price was fair too. These guys are definitely the kind of plumbers you keep. I was very pleased with their service had a great experience and will definitely use them again. A much heart felt thank you to this company for their level of quality of service and professionalism!

I had a kitchen sink clog that required more work than anticipated. The service rep was very knowledgeable and made sure to repair all facets of the problem, not just patch work it. The only complaint I would have is the first night the rep was an hour late with no notification. Overall, I would recommend Frazier for plumbing issues.

I had 4 companies bid my latest project, and Frazier saved me over $3,000 because they were more knowledgeable and honest. They even came late at night! I've used them many times over the years and they always deliver. UPDATE: Again today Frazier saved me with little notice. Great guys!!!

We just bought our house and as part of the loan had some work done. Part of that included having a plumber inspect and fix any issues. We should have hired Frazier, because just a few months after closing we had some major issues that the other guys 'missed'. After several visits from Frazier Plumbing, several problems were fixed. Caleb and crew replaced an old and leaking terra cotta pipe only to find that an another section of pipe was laid at the wrong angle leading to more backflow. So, the whole system (some parts nearly 100 years old) was bypassed with new pipe running the length of the basement before popping out of the foundation wall and reconnecting to the line that leads to the main lateral sewer line. But we were still having backflow issues and so Caleb came out a third time and sent a scope down the line, discovering this time, that the city sewer line under the street was collapsed. After a few calls and faxes to the city, that evening a contractor was out marking the underground utility locations. This morning the City was out digging up the street fixing their pipe. Frazier did excellent work, fixed what needed to be fixed and charged fairly. The extra work and coordinating with the City was an added bonus! These guys are definitely the kind of plumbers you keep!

During a bathroom and laundry room remodel our architect and his plumber did a horrible job of plumbing our new toilet, shower, faucet, and sinks...saying that the items we chose were too complicated. Frasier Plumbing was able to come out on a Saturday to fix their errors and complete the job.

i called these guys after running into an issue with another plumber who said that he could not install a garbage disposal for me because of the complexity of the electrical connections. he obviously didn't know what he was doing so i called these guys. they were awesome-they installed everything quickly and cleaned up everything. great experience and will definitely use them again.

Frazier was recommended by some real estate contacts and I have been very satisfied with their work. I had them do a full plumbing job on a gutted renovation. They took it from the street and made sure everything was routed how I wanted it. Clean install, very easy to work with, and always made sure to get to the job site even if they had to do some make up work on the weekend. I'll continue to use them for all of my properties.

As HOA pres of a converted loft building dowtown, we have called on Frazier many times over the last several years for property related issues. This time we called because our water heater busted on the night of the snow. Frazier Plumbing came out on tuesday, braving the ice and got us hot water in a jiffy! Great guys, awesome company, Fair price! Best plumbers in Atlanta! Highly recommend!

In lieu of having to leave work early,in Atlanta rush hour, here's the response we received 2days later.AND it's referencing the day AFTER our scheduled appt. Leaving work early is not free.Call from Coworkers phone?,office, drive 2 miles maybe? RE: Bad Leak-Need Help-- Wednesday, October 13, 2010 9:49 AM "my phone was submerged and ruined by water yesterday, and i could not call you to let you know i was caught in traffic due to an accident on the connector yesterday and running late. I had to sit in traffic for nearly two hours without cellular communication to call you to explain the situation. I was only able to retrieve your voicemails from a co-workers phone. I saw your public negative review of my business due to your dis-satisfaction of our "no-show" for a FREE estimate arranged after your work past our normal business hours. In the future as you seek free estimates from various companies, try to understand that most companies charge for estimates and things do happen that can sometimes make us run late, especially during rush hour in Atlanta. When you called to cancel at six i was two miles from your home. In the future before you run to the internet and publicly badmouth a business try to understand that we are investing fuel, and valuable time to give you something for free, and canceling an appointment after being one hour late for the FREE estimate, and then attacking my credibility online is a bit unreasonable. Good Luck as you aquire multiple estimates,Cale

Mrs."D", and Mrs. "D'S" boyfriend Again...I am very sorry that I was running behind schedule. I am usually very punctual, however there are times when I am behind schedule or sometimes ahead of schedule. It is simply impossible to know how long each appointment may last or how long it may take to commute to the next call. I ALWAYS call my customers and let them know if it looks like I am going to be early or late. I could not call you because I dropped my phone in water at my previous call and could not retrieve your number, as my co-workers phone does not have e-mail capabilities. When I checked my voicemail around six, (I was only a few miles from your home) your message was irrate. You made it very clear that you were angry and did not want the free estimate and you wanted to cancel the appointment. You also said that you were going to call three other plumbers to obtain the quote for the leaky toilet. Now again, Im sorry that I was late for the free estimate. I am sorry that I could not call you to inform you of my tardiness. I am very sorry that my tardiness has upset you deeply enough that you feel the need to leave four negative reviews. Now after the multiple e-mails and negative reviews and conversing about my tardiness please understand that I am truly NOT being sarcastic when I tell you: I really wanted to provide you with one of three, free quotes for the leaky toilet after hours to accomodate your schedule, but I just got caught in traffic. I am sorry that our services did not meet your requirements. Caleb Frazier
I called this company based on their reviews and also from a customer referral. I was very pleased with their service. I am on a fixed income and their price was more than reasonable for repairing my kitchen sink. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

I will not be calling them back. I emailed Frazier Plumbing the beginning of last week for a leak I have. I needed an estimate, I'm getting 3. They emailed me back the same day stating they could come the following day. I was not available so I asked if they would be able to come on Friday, they were not. I called Caleb on Friday to see if they were going to come out later that day because I had not heard back. I spoke to him around 1:00 he said he could not make it Friday but would be out on Monday (yesterday) @ 5:00. I left work a few minutes early to make sure I didn't miss him. I gave him until 5:30 to call and he didn't, so I called, It went straight to his voice mail. I was calling to let him know I was still waiting on him. He did not call back. I called again @ 6:00 to let him know I would not need him to come out that I would find another plumber. I've still not got a call back with an explanation and don't expect to. I don't know about anyone else but I need someone I can depend on to be on time and to fix my list of plumbing problems. Still looking for a Plumber, BBB preferred.
