Ron Ford and his wonderful team have helped us for many decades. Sierra Air has installed and maintained all our equipment over the years. Every employee has been knowledgeable and very helpful. They answer all technical questions in a way that's understandable. Last week they installed two air conditioners and still I am discovering new and amazing detailed that really please me.Thanks Ron

Would highly recommend Sierra Air. Have worked with them several previous occasions and have always found them to be ttrue professionals and the service agents were very knowldgeable. Appreciated the follow up calls to make sure everything was going as planned and that equipment was working to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend them!!!

Sort of works

Unit is underpowered....can't keep up on hot days like the salesman said it would...one indoor unit installed 1 inch from the wall making it impossible to clean or paint the wall...one unit so close to the window that drapes can't be installed...bottom line...better than nothing but not the solution that the salesman promised..for $12,000, this installation should be much better..

OVERPRICED CAPACITOR

5 minute fix to change capacitor. $260 just for the part. It's only $70 at the local Grainger. $327.00 for 5 minutes of work. Works great but expensive.

Serviceman RJ is excellent

RJ showed up on time in the middle of a record heatwave. He was undoubtedly very busy that day. When he arrived, he politely asked me to showed him the relevant hardware. From there on, he explained everything he was going to do and showed me the parts that needed replacement. Thank goodness, he had the parts with him and was able to fix the air conditioner. He was very polite, professional, and got my house cool again. Thanks, RJ!

Both the initial repairman and the crew that replaced our A/C and furnace were on time, personable, and polite. Best HVAC experience I've ever had.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a very hot Sunday. I called Sierra Air and the serviceman said he could be at our house within two hours! He got the unit up and running and thoroughly explained the repairs and the likelihood that the unit would fail soon, despite repairs. Ultimately we chose to replace our 18-year-old A/C unit and our 23-year-old furnace. The crew arrived on time, installed everything on schedule, and when an associated piece of plumbing broke down, they returned to repair that free of charge. We took advantage of a very good financial package available through Sierra Air. It was a great experience.

I had a very positive experience with Sierra Air. The estimator, Jim, was helpful. My installers Jeff and George were great. Even the dog liked them. I would recommend this company to others.
