I have had many tanks pumped over the years and generally know what to expect, but this time I was surprised. Banks Septic left my yard in a total mess and even broke my sprinkler system in the process. Fine... accidents happen but the problem is they not only didn't tell me about the broken pipe (which was obvious) they also refused to make the repairs. I might have expected this from a good ol' boy with a pump truck but it cost a premium to use Banks and I expected a much more professional experience.

This was a very courteous company to deal with. The work was done on time and at the stated price. I cannot recommend them though. They broke a drain cover with their tractor and when I called to see if they would take care of it, I was told that they would not. Evidently, I I read the proposal, I will see that it is stated that they are not responsible for this sort of thing. I'm glad I didn't let them in my home. I don't even know where to find a replacement. Oh well, that's what I use the internet for. Guess I'll start looking.
Extended my drain field.

Banks Septic had quick and easy scheduling. The guys showed up and promptly began working. We were not positive where our septic tank was located and within a matter of minutes they found the tank and began digging. The pumping was completed quickly and efficiently. They did not tear up the yard nor did they leave any mess behind. Very professional and courteous. The documentation we were given was exactly what we needed for our home sale. They may not have been the lowest initial cost for septic pumping and inspection, but no additional fees for digging/sludge, which would have probably cost us more in the end with other companies. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to anyone.

Came home to disgusting septic tank backup in lower bathroom. Banks came out within 24 hours and did a great job. Roger and Casey found my septic tank within 20 minutes. I didn't know where it was. Dug out the tank opening and cleaned the clogged pipe and sucked out the 1000 gals of muck. Not a pleasant sight. All done in about 1 hr. Price quoted was fair with no hidden extras. The guys worked hard with great attitude. Could not be happier with Banks Septic or the work they did. Highly recommend.

It's so nice to work with a service company whose employees are courteous (on the phone and in person) and prompt. They worked quickly, with minimal disruption to my property. I recommend Banks to any homeowner with a septic tank.

After another contractor searched unsuccessfully for 1.5 hours to locate my tank, Paul and Lalo of Banks found it in five minutes. Paul and Lalo are professional, personable and took some time to educate me on the how-to of septic tank health. Highly recommended!

I had not had our septic tank pumped in 11 years and figured it was past due. Called Banks and the person who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. The crew arrived on the day promised and promptly did the job with no surprises, at the price quoted, which was reasonable. Will use again.

The first time I used these guys, they sent an older crew of guys and they knew what they were doing... a fine job they did indeed. I made sure to document where the opening for my tanks were and measured it out and took photographs. The second time I used these guys, they sent a couple of young guys out. Even tough I told them where the openings were and how big the tanks were, they insisted on probing out the area and did so recklessly. Not only did they miss their target, they managed to dig one hole way off course and put six holes in three different irrigation pipes. To make matters worse, the cuts they made in the grass were jagged and sloppy, I think they got more dirt in the septic tanks out of the hole. Their service calls both times were easy to make, the guys were prompt and the fees charged were reasonable. I will use these guys again but insist that these younger guys not come until they learn how to be more careful. If Banks Septic turned your front yard into the Bellagio, I highly recommend calling Mr. Jones at Balanced Repairs for all of your irrigation needs.

Banks came today and pumped my septic tank. Everyone was super nice from the gal answering the phone to the guys who came out and pumped the tank. They even got the job done for $100 less than the estimate. Will recommend them!

Banks Septic Tank Service repaired my field lines on my septic tank. Matt Gravit and his crew were very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like they were extremely honest and gave me great advice for solving my problem. They recommended a fix that was not the most expensive, but one that Matt felt like would give me a long term solution. The crew that actually did the work was just as knowledgeable and courteous. We didn't know exactly what was in the ground, but once they determined what the best fix was they made it happen without charging me more. I can't thank them enough for finding a very cost effective solution to my septic tank problem. I will definitely use them again.

We called on the weekend, after another company had not fixed our problem, lied about it and overcharged. They were honest, forthright, told us exactly what it would cost, what the problem was and when we might expect them. They called before they came as promised and actually got to us hours earlier before the bad weather came in. Being without plumbing is miserable and we were so appreciative of the honesty, service and how quickly they solved our problem. Will definitely use them again.

When we had water leaking from a septic line, Banks came and pumped the tank, ran a camera from the tank to the pop off valve, and snaked the line. They cleared the clog and got everything flowing. They were very busy and usually didn't get to us until the afternoon but they always called first and showed up.

Update: In all fairness, owner called and said they had a personnel issue (we all make mistakes) and offered to refund money. Owner: While I'd like a partial reimbursement, I expect to pay something for the guys driving over. I think you're just really busy or this would've gone better. Amigo Septic fixed my problem, patiently educated me and were quite awesome overall. ------- When I made the appointment, I explained the circumstances and that I needed someone to come out, review the issue and give me an estimate. The guys that showed up after dark (hours late) couldn't give me any info, charged me $125 and said someone would call the following day. I've heard nothing since. Lousy introduction!

I selected Banks to come out based on great BBB record and reviews. I wasn't let down. I did not quote other businesses as these days I'd rather pay more for the job to be done right, but based on conversations with friends they were inline with other companies. They called to let me know they were coming in the morning, showed up on time, completed the job in the estimated time, replaced the lawn with acceptable impact and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.
