Ernie Latimer was the most rude, aggressive and antagonistic service person I think I have ever met. He came into my home barely glancing at my issue both inside and outside took less than five minutes. He then was very argumentative with the customer service person, Tiffany, from American home Shield warranty regarding whether or not this was covered. Without looking at my coverage he insisted from the beginning of the call this was not covered. Initially, Tiffany said it WAS covered after asking, what I thought were very pertinent questions. Four separate times he insisted in a loud and aggressive voice this is not covered. He brow beat her to the point where he asked to speak to her supervisor. Once she said it was covered for the third time (after establishing the access was not covered) Ernie stated he was going to call his owner to tell him it was not a covered item. Once he asked for a supervisor and threatened to call his owner, he convinced her that this was not a covered item. He was confrontational with Tiffany and then when he got off the phone with Tiffany he started in with the same confrontational tone me because I had already started calling my husbands number to tell him what the situation was and he started getting louder and louder with me trying to talk over my conversation with my husband. He thrn throws the paper at me telling me to sign. I said I'm not signing anything today and to get out of my house. He yelled at me all the way to the door.

Had A Total plumbing dispatched by American Home Shield for a leaky washer line. They were quick to respond, and very professional. Scott came out and had the issue resolved after checking everything out. The lady that answered the phone also assured us that we would be fit in this weekend and then followed up the next morning with an appointment time. Scott came right in the middle of the window and did a fantastic job. Based on a lot of the reviews on here I was very skeptical and thought about finding my own plumber, but as it turns out, they were great and I would use them again.

Worst Service. Repaired Kitchen Faucet Last Week Right After Huge Water leaking and totally damaged Kitchen Cabinet and hardwood floor Owner of company refused repair Claim to BBB but no response - Checked BBB had lots of claim and most of them same issue like me Claim to AHS warranty no response Called General Contractor and repair estimate for Cabinet and hardwood floor over $10K Now contact attorney to handle this case

Had issue with water heater at my house. Was able to talk to manager Chad on phone. He informed me on the replacement process, prices and knowledge of plumbing codes which was a relief and other companies just stated they had to be done. I had Anthony Jr come out to replace old heater. He did job quickly, professionally and cleaned area after he finished which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this company for plumbing.

A Total Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater in our home after our old one quit entirely. They responded quickly, were very knowledgeable about major tankless brands, and were able to get a quality replacement installed in a reasonable amount of time. Cory was great! I'd recommend them to my friends.

Our water heater went out so we looked up a local plumbing service in the area. We came across A-Total plumbing and decided to give them a call. Connie from their main office was able to schedule us at a first available next day appointment! The technician called when he was 30 minutes away for a heads up.. A-Total Plus! After spending time with our water heater he determined that it was a part that they did not have on hand and that it would need to be ordered:( I later received a phone call from the owner/manager he stated that he was handling this personally for me and having the part overnight-ed WOW! But wait there's more.. he sent me the tracking information so Id be in the loop on part arrival time. Part came in as scheduled and Nate the responding technician called to inform me he was 30 minutes away!! Why cant every company work like this!! Will refer all my friends & family! Thanks again, ~10 STARS~

Value proposition with this company is very very poor. I should have never let them deal with my wife directly while I was out of town. My fault, but you should not end up with the same fate. STAY AWAY. By the way,they were late and missed appointments etc. etc. etc. See attached image. No way this should have been fixed with gear clamps. This should be cemented with flanges.

The price of the repair was. $320 , pipe was repaired with no hub bands , if you repair 3in PVC with PVC couplings the drywall have a hump in it.If you would like to discuss further you can call me at 770-507-5424 anytime between 8-5 .thank you Richard
Our warranty company sent out A total plumbing to fix a leak we were having. The leak was coming from an area that made it difficult to figure out where it originated. Cory came out figured out exactly where the leak was coming from isolated it and fixed it. He did a great job and made us feel much better about everything that was going on.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware of any items that you purchase from this company. I paid for an item they stated to me was brand new and I hired another company to come out for a separate issue and they revealed to me the NEW item I purchased was NOT actually new. Please please please always check any parts and make sure you see it for yourself. I had to give them a rating of poor for everything as when I called the company to have them rectify the situation they gave me the run around and I had to have a new company come back out to replace what they did. The owner never returned my call.

We have had A-Total plumbing come to our home in Milton twice and Russell has been our technician both times. He is always on-time, courteous, professional and efficient. He answered every question that I had and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about A-Total!

David from A Total responded to an AHS policy work order we requested for a leaking bathtub drain. The issue ended up being a leaking overflow. David ordered the parts, but no one bothered to call me to schedule another appointment. I had to call A-Total twice to get the appointment scheduled a week later than David had discussed. After a few hours, David supposedly had fixed the problem. We tested the bathtub the next day and found that the drain, when closed, was leaking past the plunger so that water would not stay in the bathtub. We didn't even have this problem prior to A-Total coming to "repair" it. I decided to take the overflow cover off to take a look and adjust the plunger if possible. I found plumbers putty completely clogging the inside of the overflow cover. David had not fixed our leak. In fact, he created a safety issue by completely disabling our overflow for the tub. After $25 worth of parts, I fixed it correctly myself with a new overflow gasket and plunger, which is what I thought David did. This repair was dishonest and unsafe. Thanks A-Total. Update 6/5/14 - These guys still have not shown any concern for this level of service or a customer's complete dissatisfaction with their performance.

I had this company clear a main drain line, and they said they cleared it all the way to the county side, but was still clogged, and that it was now the counties problem. When it came time to pay they asked for $250+. Their website said there was a flat fee of $99. When I mentioned this, they said they would not honor it. The tech said they wouldn't honor it b/c that was more for preventative maintenance AND that I had to present the coupon before the service begun...huh? Generally you present a coupon when its time to pay! I told them I wanted them to honor the website and the rep spoke w/ the owner, who brought the price down from $250 to $199. Owner said "wasn't aware the website was still up..." So that's my fault? At least they came down a bit, but still in my opinion this is a dishonest and a misrepresentation. I felt ripped off. (Update: 12/20/2013 County came out and said its on my side. Turns out the line is still very blocked, so I 'm not sure what A-Total really did? - 1 star).
