I called PCS one morning when I realized a water leak had probably done more damage beneath the surface of the carpet than I thought. I watched the short video on their site with an interview of Ramona, and then I called. Minutes later, Ramona returned my call herself and we negotiated a fix to my carpet woes. A crew came out that day--probably only three hours after I decided to call-- and cleaned and treated my carpet.

It took about one week to get my whole carpet treated and back to normal, but all through the way, PCS answered my questions, honored their promises, and called me back.

I would highly recommend PCS to others.

Platinum is the company to call for your carpet cleaning needs! The guys that came and cleaned mine were awesome, you couldn't ask for 2 nicer guys! Friendly, professional and did a top notch job! I'll definitely be calling Platinum again with any future carpet needs!!!!!

I used Platinum Carpet Systems at the end of May upon recommendation from a neighbor. We have a 3 story townhome. They cleaned 3 bedrooms, hallway, and 2 staircases. The final price was a little more than the quote over the phone because of the "extra" staircase (with 3 stories) but not too much more. The 2 guys were prompt to arrive and friendly. They explained what they were going to do and were very thorough. About 30 minutes after they left, I was touching up scratched paint to get it ready for the new tenants moving in the next day when I dropped a pint of dark green paint face down on the carpet. (gasp!) I was in tears and called them back. They luckily had a cancellation and were able to come right back. I wish I had a video camera to record the cleaning magic they were able to do to get that green paint off light beige carpet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be using them again.

This was the first time I've used a professional carpet cleaning service because an allergist told me not to several years ago. Our rugs were so dirty that I thought even the doctor would make the call! Platinum cleaned almost every room and hallway which were all white rugs. The entire house feels cleaner and newer. We're so pleased! I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the men who did the work and explained the different options. I purchased what they recommended and I'm very pleased with the results. After moving what I could out of the rooms I had cleaned, I took time to organize and toss items as I returned them to the rooms. So, the whole house is looking much better!
