Poor Customer service
I ordered an item which took 2 weeks to leave the warehouse. No one notified me that it would take this long. When I contacted customer service, "Ricky," was unable to help because he claimed the the item shipped four days after it was ordered and the policy was that they are not responsible for it. UPS showed it was two weeks until it shipped. Ricky was unable to help and I needed the product sooner. I will never use epestsolutions.com again.

Best pest control produts online
I love, love, love this online site! Not only do they have a HUGE selection, they offer free shipping on top of it!! I have never had an issue with their shipping. Everything has always been delivered quickly. Anytime that I have questions or concerns about a product they are always so helpful. I would never do business with any other online pest control company. They know their stuff at epest!

Not big on reviews but for epestsolution I had to!
Not real big on writing reviews but in this case I felt like I had to, the quality of service and support was amazing. We order a product and it was going to be delayed a few days, I was called and someone discussed our options, we decided to wait on the product, it was a great price. I was contacted a few days later to let us know it had arrived and would be shipped the same day. Tracking was emailed and everything went smooth sailing!
Got a 10% off coupon for next order and I have book marked them for life!

Shipping, website and customer service....No good
OK, well not so good. It's now been a week and I haven't received my shipment to an adjoining state. They used USPS for a product ordered on a Wednesday, electronic shipping info received by USPS on Friday, and no package the following Thursday. Website would have to get better to SUCK - no tracking orders. Customer service was no help. Called and they said they would find out and call back - nothing in 8 hours. Order somewhere else!!

Extremely Satisfied!!!!
This company is awesome. I spoke with the company's entomologist because I needed help with a roach problem. I purchased the product she advised and it solved my problem - and I saved money!!!!!!! This will be the company I use from now on.
