David is great! He was able to relate to me, calm my nerves about buying a house, and help me find the perfect place. He is understanding and was always able to work with my schedule. Things worked out great thanks to David.

This was my husband and mine's first time buying a home and we didn't have a clue what to do. I found David on Kudzu and gave him a call to just see if we were in the right place to buy. David was so hospitable and answered all the questions we had. I don't think we fully knew what a great decision we had made.
It was clear David was not just trying to make a sale and move on. He wanted what was best for us. This took an immense amount of trust because we were new to all of this.
Our house buying process was frustrating, complicated, and even ridiculous at times but it was never through any fault of David's. Honestly, if it were not for David, my husband and I would have given up on purchasing a home because it was so difficult. Because David fought for us and he was always 3 steps ahead, we could continue on when our first choice home fell through a week before closing(FHA issues). Not only did David have our back, but he was comforting and sympathetic when things fell through-- something a realtor does not have to do.
Even when things continued to be complicated during Round 2 of finding a new house (underwriter and closing attorney issues), David still fought for us and was fully supportive. If that meant handling something at 11 o'clock at night, there was no question. David was on it.
We are so thankful that David was with us through it all and now we finally have a beautiful home! I couldn't recommend David enough for what he has done for us. Thank you!!...

I relocated to Georgia a year ago and have since been searching for a home. Totally frustrated and confused about the real estate laws here, I was about to give up when I contacted a friend, also from out of state, who purchased a property here several years ago. She suggested I contact David. She was very confident he could answer any questions I had and assist me with the entire process. I Spoke with David that same afternoon and met with him the following day. David was very easy to talk to. He listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and explained things in great detail. Within two days, I found, and submitted an offer (which was accepted) on my dream home. It truly had everything I was looking for in a great location. For me, David took the uncertainty out of the process. I feel confident about the purchase. I have already recommended him to a friend who will be moving out of state in a few years. David is truly the best in the business.

David Mills is an excellent Realtor as well as an excellent person.He has the following strengths:
1>The most Aggressive in finding right people to rent his clients properties.
2>Great at picking price points for the housing based on the location.
3>He is very impressive and true professional.I consider him to be the BEST in business.

I would recommend David Mills to anyone who is looking to rent,sell or buy a property in the Atlanta area.
