Wood flooring ordered on a Monday, delivered on a Friday. No complaints as communication was good and email updates were sufficient. Thumbs up Sebastian
My flooring order started with "yup we have it in stock and can ship out ASAP", which became "we ship within 5-7 business days", became "we ship in 7-10 business days", and then on my final call,... "it's backordered and won't be available for 3 weeks". The whole time, they made me feel like the crazy one, like this is the timeline they had given me from the start, when they were clearly trying to string me. I ordered a large amount of tile from this company and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever encountered. I ordered so much that I was not able to take delivery right away (due to construction my driveway was unpaved) and Quality Flooring stored all my tile in their warehouse (20 pallets of tile) at no charge. Once I was ready - they delivered it with lift gate and the drivers actually put every pallet in my garage. What white glove treatment. Amazing!

I'm more than satisfied with the quality of tile & service I received wtih qualityflooring4less. They have went out of their way each and every time I contacted them with questions and help. The price can't be beat for the great quality tile I received. The same tile was priced 40% more at my local retailers. Highly Recommended!!!

My wife and I own a Dairy Queen and the franchise was very specific in what tile was to be used. I liked the sales girl I spoke with, and she was the only one out of all the companies we had contacted that followed up promptly. She also made sure by confirming with UPS that the delivery would go on time. That was the most important thing and they did come through with flying colors. Keep it up Benjamin

Ordered on a Monday and did pick up my order by Friday. Everything was as discussed and overall was happy with the transaction. Pro's would be the sales team. They knew the product and told me exactly what I need without overselling me on items I didn't have to get. Con's would be I did request that Shaw have a residential delivery option but was told that it would be more than the $89 dollars quoted for business. Wish there was a flat fee like the business drop off. Would order from them again and feel they did a good job

Just found out that they have an "F" rating at the BBB. Look it up. This makes me feel better, as I never had a chance to file an "official" complaint with the BBB. Thank you to those of you who have. I am still considering it.

I would like to take responsibility for this but I don't know what you ordered. There isn't anyone here with two names and would like to know how long it took to get your flooring or what the difficulty was. You said you received faulty product but everything we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Again please call me to talk about this.
I'm starting to get frustrated. I place an order in early August and at first got great customer service. Phone calls and emails. Then I was told in mid August that my tile would be backordered until end of Sept. I have called repeatedly and emailed them and have heard nothing. I'm starting to get scared that I have been scammed. Of course they already collected my payment in full!!

At first this company seemed to be ok - I got great service before I placed my order. Then after I paid, everything changed. Every time I called to ask about my order, the guy who placed my order "just stepped away from his desk for a minute." I got this excuse for days. It's now been almost 2 weeks and I still have no idea where my shipment is. Every day they tell me I'll get an email with the info, yet I've never received an email from them. Very shady! Take your business elsewhere!
