I finally got around to using Northside after talking with Charles many times.

His guys came out and did such a neat job I didn't even know they had been there. I did check the gutters to verify they had done the job and the gutters were very clean. I will recommend them in the future.

I used to hire anyone with a ladderNorthside costs a bit more than that, but it is SO WORTH IT. My gutters actually work. How nice is that? They realigned 4 of them too. A completely fair price; they were very competent and quick. I will definitely use again!!! Thanks!...

I called this company on tuesday to see about getting an estimate on gutter repair and replacement. The man I talked to took my name and phone#, said someone would call me back. Well nobody ever called, so I called again on Friday. Think I talked to same person again; he asked me what I needed; told him back gutters need to be replaced; told him front ones are newer but there is small hole where downspout connects; he immediately said oh you have to replace the entire gutter without offering to have anyone come and look at it. I had already had 2 other companies come out and tell me they could repair it.

I think Charles has me confused with someone else. I never got to 'ask lots of questions' as he was short with me when he told me the gutter would have to be replaced. Our conversation was very brief and there was no mention of types of metal . He apparently does not know how to listen to his customers; I think I know my own phone number. Also I never told him the gutter was rusted out; he must have made that presumption on his own as I was not given a chance to explain things in detail.

We have used Northside Gutter Cleaning for 11 years, and the Support Staff is courteous, efficient and willing to accommodate the customer. Although the wait is 2-4 weeks during the season, the wait is worth it. The gutter repairs have been done right the first time, every time.
