Pleasant surprise
Amazing. If I could sum up Vickery’s in one word it would be amazing. I stumbled upon this hidden gem last Sunday and I haven't been able to stop talking about it since my dine in. I walked into the bar area and was floored by the elaborate yet simple structure of the bar and I really loved the music and the easy ambiance. I sat down and started with a glass of wine and was drawn in by the lovely conversation with the bartender, so I had another and another. Before I knew it, I was pretty tipsy and completely enjoying myself. I met some of the regulars and some of the employees, all of whom I found were nothing less than wildly entertaining. So, I leave you with this; don't judge a book by its cover. I came into Vickery’s for a glass of wine and light read and left with friends, fun and a hangover.
