If I owned a company and tried to write my own review it would go something like this.

Let's see, hottest day of the year (103º), check, late Saturday afternoon on a close-to-holiday-weekend, check, A/C dies, yep, check. I call at 4:45pm AND I GET A REAL HUMAN not a messaging service! Marty took the call and, unbelievably, said they'd have someone out in 45 minutes to an hour. Chris showed up within 45 minutes and had us up and running. You can't write a better review than this! Great service, excellent prices. I highly recommend Milton Heating & Air. Great job guys, thanks!...

Contacted Milton Heating and Air when we got back from Vacation, and they added us to the schedule for next day. Earlier jobs ran long, but Chris from Milton HVAC came to our house @ 7:30p and resolved the issue in a very professional way. Reasonable too, and even offered advice on things a consumer can do to lessen potential for service calls.

We needed to find an air conditioning repair company when American Home Shield (AHS)could not.
AHS approved us for Outside Authorization. We saw an ad in our Church Bulletin for Milton Heating & Air.
Once contacted, Milton Heating & Air was very quick in sending us a technician which is so very important during these hot June days.
The technician also followed-up with AHS so that we would be reimbured. We really appreciate Milton's great repair job and their cooperation in working with AHS on our behalf.

My brother uses this company and called them when I could not get my company to come for a service call before Friday of last week. I had called the other company on Tuesday. On Wednesday afternoon I was contacted within minutes; was told a service tech would be out by 5PM. In fact, Dustin arrived by 3:30! He was professional, polite, efficient and performed the service of my two systems in a prompt manner. Milton H & A also has a great annual service agreement for less than half the cost of other companies. I am a convert! Thanks to Marty, Patience and Dustin! Well done - impressive customer service! I will be pleased to recommend your company to my friends and colleagues.

Milton HVAC installed a new unit today. Torri & Jovan were courteous and efficient. They took the time to review the unit with me and the unit is cooling perfectly. I'd definately use them again.
