Very unhappy customer
I used the services of Chris Dandridge for various home repairs in my home on 3-4-09. He worked on 5 items and I have had to pay another repairman to come in and fix 3 of them. I went out of town the next day for 3 weeks and he said he would give me my change when I returned. I had intended to use him for more repairs. I contacted him on 4-16-09 and asked for a copy of my reciept and the change I was owed. I am returning the light he installed because he stripped the screw when he installed it. He said I'll call you back. A week later I called him again and it iritated him. He said he had mailed me the receipt. I finally got it and it was post marked the date of my second call. He also owed me 12.35 in change which i never received. It was only after I told him that I was going to post my remarks on his website that he called me back and asked to come out and fix things. He charged me 237.75 for labor for less than 3 hours.
Beware and dont use this service.

I have tried my best to satisfy this customer although not much of what has been written is anywhere near the truth. She contradicts herself by stating "I intended to use for more repairs" Her receipt was mailed out same day as the day she first requested it. She owed me $1.37 although I have never made any issue over it...no big deal! The light was installed perfectly & there's been no complaints over a 30 day period, although I learn of her issues by this third party review. We installed a Garbage Disposal, Installed a vent-hood, Repaired two toilets, Installed a patio security light, installed a closet rod, made a trip to the home center to purchase all these items & install in 3 hours. When she called at around 4am to complain we had not called her back? She was so belligerent & slurring from one word to another it might have seemed as though we were irritated. We attempted to call her back latter that morning to address her concerns with no return call from our messages. Again learning of all these issues by this review. This probably is one of those ones we say "you can't satisfy everyone" If she has any legitimate, reasonable issues we stand behind our 5 star reputation and will resolve every issue anyone has bottom line if you will simply notify us by phone or by email. WE CARE!
