Champion Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, LLC

We have used Champion for our plumbing needs on our home we live in, as well as several rentals properties over the past five plus years. The rentals are older homes so do have various issues arrise frequently. Thus, we've used Chamption a good dozen or so times. And, we love them! They know what they are doing and they are nice people. So, they are curtious & prompt when we call. They think through each issue, clearly explain any options we have, do a great job with repairs or new work, and thoroughly clean up after themselves. I also feel very comfortable having them around my home, which is so important. My husband and I highly recommend Champion!

I discovered a leak in our basement late on a Friday afternoon - ugh - and my husband was out of town. I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out, but Champion was the only company to call me back that evening!! They were so helpful going out of their way to make sure I was happy, the service was excellent and they were very reasonably priced!! I would recommend them to anyone - they will definitely be our plumber of choice in the future!! Thanks Champion for a pleasant experience in fixing our problem!!

I had a leak in the basement. My husband called Champion to come out. The guys were great and fast. After a couple days I noticed that there was still a leak. I was apprehensive about calling Champion to come back out because I've heard so many stories of company's overcharging for second visits or not treating women fairly. This was not the case with Champion; from scheduling the visit to getting the job done I was extremely satisfied. They were extremely nice about coming out again and even gave me a crash course on the pipes in my house. Sadly you just don't see customer service like this anymore. Needless to say I will never call another plumbing company; no one beats Champion's customer service or prices!

We had a full house backup! We called three plumbers. Champion Plumbing was recommended by a Builder friend and boy was he right. They came out that afternoon, were cheaper than the other two plumbers and we felt like we were in good hands. The work was done quickly and easily. They were neat, professional and knowledgeable. Because they did good work and the price was right, they are now our plumber of choice.

I found Champion through Kudzu and was impressed with all the high ratings and now I see why! I called first thing this morning about water backing up into my downstairs shower, and was pleased to get a quick answer from LeeAnn who was both friendly and professional. After checking the schedule, she called me back and said they would work me in today and less than 3 hours later, David was here. He clearly knows what he's doing but I was also impressed that when he found a potential issue that could be addressed by someone with a sewer camera, he suggested that, even though he didn't have one. I can think of lots of businesses who would have just ignored it or tried to figure out a work-around and charged me accordingly. David was easy to talk to, not condescending in the least, and was sensitive to my budget concerns. All in all, a great experience. Champion is my champion!! :)...
