Response time was close to 2 hours. Gentlemen fixed the lock within 45 minutes and when I went to pay they did not take checks. He wanted cash. I did not have $120 in cash so he said he would write my credit card number down and charge it later. I called the company to pay over the phone and the manager was incredibly rude. Told me they wanted cash or my credit card number and that I could not pay over the phone. I explained I was not comfortable having my credit card number written down to charge later and the manager told me to shut up and do what he said. The locksmith at my house finally took a check and apologized for his managerhowever, I will NEVER use this company again!...

I made an appointment Atlanta Peach after finding them on Kudzu. The person who actually came to my home was from Atlanta Solution Locksmith. They did not have the details of the job, and charged me $55 to move my lock down/adjust a screw in the wall. 2 weeks later it is not working again. I called them back yesterday and they were very rude; today I called back and the "manager", Mike, hung up on me twice. I was not yelling or being rude. I am disturbed by them sending out a different company, not the one listed on Kudzu that I researched.

This is a scam, I would avoid them at all costs. There is an ALERT on the Better Business Bureau for them. The BBB could not find a locate a business to even process complaints. They are not returning phone calls and will place you on hold and never return.

They came out fast, but the girl that answered the phone quoted one price and when the tech came out he tried to up it by $60!! Terrible customer serviceheated exchange with my husband, keep looking, there are plenty of other more reputable companies out there!!!!...
