Action Septic Pro, LLC

It was bad in my house that night before and the next day. My septic tank would not let anything go down including stool. It was late and I had called other companies, but they were too busy too take care of me. They wanted to, but just could not help. My last hope was to call Action Septic Pro. They were so caring and so considerate to my situation. Unfortunately all their trucks were full, and the place where they took it, to dump it, was closed for the weekend. I am talking about bad luck here.

I turn to my husband and said we tried. I am so sorry honey, but it looks like another night parting with stool and urine backing up in our tubs and sinks. What a shame, and there is nothing we can do about it.

All of a sudden my phone rang, and it was Action Septic Pro. I never expected to hear from them again.

Thank you god, for a company that really care for you, and not just about your money. They sent out a company called A.M.P.M. outstanding group of guys. They became my new best friends. I love you Action Septic Pro, thank you for caring like you do. The best company ever, truly a awesome company. Love goes out to A.M.P.M to. Thank you both.

Coming from cities, we never had a septic tank before, so we didn't know what it really was or how it worked. Matt & David from Action Septic Pro inspected the septic tank at the house we eventually bought prior to closing. They explained what these septic tanks are, how they work, what to look for when they aren't working, how to take care of them, and gave recommendations on fixing the issues they found. They made us feel much better about owning a house with a septic tank. We hired them to fix the problems and they did so. They worked quickly, showed us what the problems were before they fixed them, showed us how they fixed them once their work was done, and they did a quality job on everything. The invoice was the same we were quoted too. We recommend this company.

Must use this company!!! Jamie and Tim showed up at my home before the scheduled time and did an amazing job!!! Jamie throughly explained my septic problem (I know nothing about septic tanks) and they took care of it immediately. Gary helped us out with the finacial part and they were all very professional, efficient and caring. With it being so close to the Holidays they still came out when no other company would and helped us in our time of need. Thank you guys!!! God Bless and Merry Christmas!!!

The technician that came to our house was very knowledgeble about the entire septic system. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He replaced a broken pipe and ensured everything was working well before he left. I am so thankful that I called them!

These guys were very nice and helpful. They came out on Saturday evening and pumped and fixed my clogged up outlet. I called a few of the companies from online and compared their quote. Action Septic Pro was by far the best price. It's hard to find people that will treat you fair, but these guys did and I will recommend them to church and neighbors.
