Would totally recommend TE! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I was impressed. They are extremely nice and informative. They don't beat around the bush and told me exactly what the problem was and gave several options for repair.

From arrival to delivery, the tech was polite and very knowledgeable. I needed to run an ethernet drop from one corner of my new home to another because my wireless signal was just not strong enough and I was lucky to get a tech that was doing similar things at his home (home theatre, etc). He gave me a couple of options, taking the time to advise me on a better solution since I'm planning to finish my basement. He also recommended a whole-house surge protector since I have a ton of pricey items around the house.

I'm not sure if the price was good for all that I had done because I didn't shop around for quotes. Most electricians will not give you quotes without coming to your house first and will charge for that. TE is the same, but their in-house quote is HALF that of others serving the Canton area and the quote comes off the final bill if you use them.

Service rep was polite and knowledgeable, and the work performed was outstanding. Expensive, though.

The Problem: The meter to my house had come off the outside wall and it was a problem that had to be fixed. Wayne our Tech from Thrasher Electric was great he looked at the problem he got his tools out and fixed it and guranteed the work for life. The Electric company I called 5 days before looked at the same problem took lot of pictures and said he would have to come back in a week to do the work. I think he was scared. Wayne is coming back after the holidays to install recessed lighthing in the kitchen and installing a new surge protection system in the house. Cheap isn't the way to go when you are talking about your family and electricity.These guys are certified and they back their work. Thanks Wayne.
