Updating review after carpet dried. The carpet in one room was particularly dirty. Once it dried, it has streaks where he missed several inches on either side of where he was running the carpet... cleaner. I will have to have it redone. Pictures attached. First, I called the company prior to paying for the deal. It was explained that I would pay $25 for my extra room and the tech would value the price for my lounge chair. The tech (Niamyah)came to... clean my carpets he did not wear shoe protectors, he did not have floor protection for non carpeting areas. I had to provide cloth for my floors and clean-up the water on the floor after he cleaned he lounge chair on the wood floor. He said they normally take furniture outside to clean. Thank goodness it was raining that day. Second,, the tech (Niamyah) called the office and said the second room would be total of $50 and the lounge chair would be $65. I argued with the manager about the language in the ad and what was told by the rep on the phone and the price of the lounge chair. Finally we negotiated the price of the room/lounge chair/steps for $75 total. My total price was $125. I was expecting to pay more than $50 but not what was anticipated by the company. As we always state to our customer we will come back out at no charge to them if there is a problem or service has not been done to their satifaction. customer never let us know there was a problem when the carpet dried. we are aware the carpet was very heavy soiled and dirty when we started. sorry customer didnt feel that she could have contact us to fix the issues which is apart of our deal with all of our customers.

Mrs.Carla Lattimer we are sorry that you were not happy but the coupon state plainly the rules and she wanted something for free. Mrs.Lattimer had oversized rooms 2 of them and she wanted the lounge chair done for free as well. the tech came in and reviewed mrs.lattimer house and gave her what she would have to pay outside of the basic cleaning special. The coupon is for basic cleaning and as we know most people need more than the basic cleaning. Mrs.Lattimer was told the tech would review her house when arrive due to customer say one thing and when you arrive it totally different and much more work that is needed. So we did come down on the price with mrs.lattimer due to we try to meet each customer at their need and what they can pay. mrs.lattimer was fine when she got the service done and happy with the price she paid due to she recieve more work than she paid for.
I hired Omega based on a Kudzu special that talked about a $230 value for $50. I purchased the $50 and had them come to my home. The language in the offer talked about bringing dirty worn carpets back to life for only $50. The technician arrived and immediately stated that these rooms were high traffic and would require an additional fee per room and that a pretreatment was an extra fee. So my $50 turned to $115 with their extra charges. I had already moved the furniture so I just wanted it done. But I would never recommend them to anyone after expecting to pay $50 and end up at $115. The carpets were cleaner when they were done but far from like new and the carpets are only 3 years old.

Sorry Mr. D.Griffin feels this way but he didnt pay $115 that is a lie and it does state on Kudzu that high traffic areas would be more due to it require more work to be done. Mr.Griffin was please with the finish results. It was not a bait and switch it states if you have high traffic area it would be more and Mr.Griffin had that and needed spot treatment which was his choice whther he wanted to get it done. Mr.Griffin could have just accept the basic.
I pre-purchased a Kudzu deal for 3 rooms at $50, scheduled an appointment a week out and moved my furniture. Unfortunately it was all for naught. when I called the office 30 minutes prior to confirm, the girl said they have at least 1 hour to get there. I called again 10 minutes after the appointment and she said the same thing. I inquired about a refund and she referred me to Kudzu. A few minutes later the owner Renee' called and said the worker left for Costa Rica and someone should have called me. He wasnt able to do it at 10 am but maybe between 1 and 2. Which meant rescheduling my wholde day to accomodate a company that I already paid but couldnt accomodate me at my set appointment time. He begged me not to complain or report him to BBB and that he would give me free steaming. Mind you I've already paid for the services. This is a very unprofessional company. The so called receptionist answered the phone like she just rolled out of bed. The deal is too good to be true. Save your money when it comes to Omega. Hopely I can get my money back and find services elsewhere. Making a good first impression is vital to small business. This company is terrible.

Mrs.Porter just made her appointment on thursday and there is normally a 2hour window as I told mrs. porter when she called. There is bad weather out and the tech are running behind that is why there is a window for unforseen things. I was on another line when Mrs. Porter called both times . Mrs.Porter called less than 5 minutes from her first called this morning. I passed on the information about Mrs.Porter called to the manager for a call to mrs.porter. Sorry Mrs. Porter feel the way she does but she know there is always a window that is given when getting service. Mrs.Porter never gave the deal a chance to see what the tech could do for her carpet. Mrs. Porter cant say that omega is terrible because she never had service render from Omega. As the saying go you cant please everybody.

These clowns made a commitment via Groupon and without any notice just up and decided not to honor it. That sort of disregard to customers and commitments is unacceptable, lacks integrity and, in this digital age, is dangerous to a company's reputation. Very disappointing... especially since I took time off of work to be home for the service and was given no notice of their disinterest in keeping their commitment.

We have not done groupon in over 3 months due to a disagreement with groupon that groupon decided not to keep we parted ways with them. So we did stated sorry to the customer because groupon advised us that they will contact all customers and we didn't have to worry about anything else. We do like making sure our customers are happy but this was out of our hands due to groupon failed to keep up their end of the deal.
I recently purchased a Groupon with this company for an air duct cleaning service. For my initial scheduled appointment, the tech did not show up for the appointment. When I called the office, the lady that was there called the tech, but he never returned her call. After not receiving a call back from the manager, I called the office and spoke to the manager and rescheduled another appointment. I received a call from the company the day before the appointment and they canceled my appointment. I was told that the manager was not taking anymore Groupons after my appointment was already set. No explaination and extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend that no one use this company for any service.

Sorry, you feel this way but groupon stated to omega that they will send out email to all customers letting them know that our contract with them was cancel. We offer to call our customers that to inform them that we no longer was doing business with groupon but they stated they would take care of it. sorry customer feel this way.
I've been hiring Omega Carpet and Janitorial services for a couple years now, and Omega Carpet has been one of the few that I have hired more than once. I really like the professionalism and the work ethics. The cleaning is extremely good and thorough. The cleaning packages are affordable and reasonable. I also like their discounts! I am a happy current customer. I highly recommend their services...!

I sent an email inquiry to Omega asking for a quote. I gave them specific dimensions of my rooms. They responded with a quote that was 75% less than the others quotes! Knowing this fell in the "too good to be true" category, I sent them a response asking how their price could be so much lower? Their reply: "the quote we gave you was only the BASE PRICE. Once we get out to your house we'll have to quote you for pre-spraying, spot removal, deoderizer, etc." That's not the kind of company I want to do business with. Just quote me a fair price, don't try and do a "bait and switch."

Like every client the price that was given was the basic cleaning price and that was up front. All others services are optional upon what a customer may need done to their carpet. Every customer have different needs depend on if they have spots in carpet or have heavy traffic areas that may need pre-spraying.
Sorry that Mrs. Foster feel this way we try to make sure all customer are happy. Mrs. Foster has always told us we did a great job before we service her on many occasion.
The $79 Groupon Deal turned into $180 and left me with a house full of dust! Nothing was covered, and they didn't close off vents so I am stuck cleaning up a ton of dust. Also they apparently only clean the vents from above, no covers were ever removed and if your vents are large you are charged x2 for the returns. Not a happy customer right now!

We offer to come back out to get up the dust customer stated we left in the house but customer refused. We offer housecleaning service to come clean up dust and even the technical that went out try to go back but was refused. It was stated on the groupon that large vent would be extra. We tried everything to try to fix the problem which customer stated it was dusted that was left from the turning on of the Air system..
