Ordered Valentines flowers early, paid with order, they did not have them. They Suck! Don't Go Here! Save your time and money. Had to have them charged back to get refund. They were rude and crappy little people. shop was trashy and dirty. they obviously are not good at what they do and many reviews suggest this.

No other shop would take my wedding in February, But Glass City flowers went over and beyond for me. A perfect day to remember! The flowers were great and the prices! Wow With the services and beautiful flowers they did for me, I would of paid a lot more than I did to them, because they deserved more. Actually I will be returning all my future business to Glass City Flowers as this is a day to remember and they did a great job!

Our wedding was perfect, and there were no problems. I glad I did business with this company. Some people are just not happy and want something for nothing reading other reviews. I can honestly say this company belongs in Toledo, OH as this is the only company that is honest and takes their time out to help you. I want to say thanks to the owner and their staff for a wonderful evening 7/14/2010. We surely will refer you to friends and family. If anyone else have questions or want a reference feel free to email me.

We used Glass City Flowers for our wedding and it was the worst experience I have EVER had with a place of business. Everything about the way they handled the wedding was a mess and unprofessional. As the previous reviewer said, at first they seemed friendly and helpful, then came the disorganization, the frantic phone calls a couple of days before the wedding with excuses about why they couldn't come through with everything we had ordered and had already paid for. And then, tackiest of all, the owner tried to blame it on us. After the wedding, when the issue was brought up, the owner became belligerent and hostile and was screaming in the store. Later I found out that she had never even ordered our decorations and was trying to rip us off. On top of everything else, the flowers looked wilty and the tulle looked re-used. There is something extremely shady about this business. They are not upfront about things at all. I was blatantly and obviously lied to numerous times, even though I had the receipt to prove my claim. They were deceitful, lied about who they were, what the name of their business was, and changed their story about our order many times. I would AVOID them for weddings.

They will sound like they are great after your first meeting, and they will claim to want to help make your day perfect. In my situation, they made excuses for everything, had to schedule multiple meetings because the paperwork was never right, and then it all culminated on the wedding day. She called me the morning of the wedding and tried to tell me why it was my fault that not enough flowers were ordered and that she was going to scramble to try to fix it... the morning of the wedding? What happened to customer service and helping calm down the bride on her wedding day? The bouquets and boutonnieres looked nothing like what I had ordered and paid for. The flowers were small and cheap, and they were poorly put together. Multiple flowers fell out and broke off of the bouquets. If you try to approach them to discuss the issues or concerns you have, they do not care - they already have your money. And they will have plenty of excuses for why it was your fault and not their own when they know they skimped and did not deliver what you paid them for. My wedding was perfect except for the flowers, and I wish I would have gone with another florist. It seemed like they were just not able to handle a big event such as a wedding because of their lack of organization and attention to details.
