Dog service
Rich has helped me with my 4 year old Portuguses water dog DIEGO since he was 6 months. Knowing he is safe, secure, and happy has always been my first goal. Diego watches with excitement from the window when he knows hes going with Rich or Corey. They both treat and appreciate him as if he was one of there own. Teaching, Nurturing, and paying close attntion to what he needs to work on . I really am glad to have them help me out as a single parent. lol. Even with taking him to get groomed. lol

Like a part of our family..
Rich has been walking our almost two yr. old Golden Retriever since she was a puppy and we would honestly not trust her with anyone else!! \r\rI have been working from home when she has been picked up, and literally she will bolt to the door when she hears the keys jingling before she even sees his face she LOVES him!!! She goes on daily walks with Rich and comes home happy and tired. He has boarded her for us for a week at times and we always get her back happy, healthy and fully exhausted : )\r\rBefore we came to Rich we had some very bad experiences with other companies.. we were very discouraged thinking we would never find a service out there that would treat our baby (our first dog as adults) as well as we do.. low and behold we were given Rich's name and have been with him ever since!!!!! \r\rIf you are looking for a reliable, caring, animal loving team- Rich and his service are the place to call!!...

It's like leaving the kids with Mom
Rich can teach an old dog new tricks! My 12 year old Shiba Inu came to Pawsitive Actions almost 3 years ago and she is now a far more socialized and loving dog. It is so clear that Rich loves the dogs, and they adore him!! My girl hated to be left with anyone and she goes off with Rich like a happy little kid going to playgroup. Her entire disposition has changed since being with Rich and I have such peace of mind knowing she is happy and having great care while I am at work or away. I love my dog so much and I am so grateful to Rich for being in our lives.

Someone Who Will Love and Care For Your Dog Like You Do
I have an 18 month old Havanese, and Rich has helped us since the beginning. I work long hours, and he walks my dog daily and boards him often. I've called him at the last minute, and he's always pulled through for me. The love he cares for my dog with is evident when my puppy runs up to him on the sidewalk, anxious for a pet or hug; or when I say Rich's name, and my dog starts running around looking for him wagging his tail. I had a scare last summer when we ended up in the animal ER. It had nothing to do with Rich, but called all the time to check in on how my puppy was doing - another testament to how much he cares about the animals he looks after. This is my first dog. When he was a puppy, I never thought I would get through the potty training and other things that come along with a new little four legged friend. Rich helped us with one on one puppy (really 'owner') training, and and was always there when I had questions - whether they were about my Havanese or someone else's dog that was having issues.I often get comments about how fantastic my dog is, and my response is always that I am very lucky - 50% of it is that I picked a great puppy to begin with, and the other 50% of it is *all* Rich's influence on him! I highly recommend him.

Pawsitive Actions takes care of cats, too.
Rich is the best. He came highly recommended. I've hired him several times to feed my cat while I'm away. He's very reliable and I'll hire him again and again.
