Taken to the Dump, 4/25/2011

Went to look at a Civic advertised online, when I arrived, the salesperson couldn't locate the car. She left my wife and me standing on the lot while she kept asking all the other associates where... the car was. Finally she found out it was still in the collision/detailing center. Instead of bringing the car to us, or asking us to come back, she drove us to the collision center, which was several streets away in a questionable part of Chamblee. The place looked like a dump. The car was not ready for sale, it was dirty, scraped, and had a huge dent in it. The technician at the collision center was shouting at the salesperson that it was time to close and we had to go. When we got back to the sales lot, she kept trying to sell me cars that were $8,000 more than the one I asked about, then she argued with me about whether or not I could find another Civic for that price. Listen up, Curry: #1 Train your staff so they know where the merchandise is, never leave a customer standing around, and never take the customer to the ugly underbelly of your dealership. #2 Never advertise a car that isn't ready to be sold; it wastes everyone's time. I refuse to look at Curry cars again.
