Lock to Lock

They advised me with a great additional security system for my toddler. We have a pool and their additional suggestions gave me the peace/security that my toddler cannot possibly get out to the pool without a key.

We used this company to make a key for a lock for our business. They ran into some problems and had to come out 3 or 4 times. They were so courteous and professional and always had a smile. They ended up replacing the lock but did not charge any extra. They only charged what they originally quoted so I know they lost money on this job. I highly recommend them.

I was locked out of my car today at work. I called them up and in 30 minutes they were at my job. The guy John was very professional. He even helped me out with something that had nothing to do with my lock out at no additional charge. John was a lifesaver! I recommend Lock to Lock whenever you have an issue!

Received prompt, professional and reasonably priced service both times I've used their service for situation where I locked myself out of my home. Options were reviewed in advance and service performed in a very timely and professional manner. My most recent service call was responded to by John, who did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for your Locksmith service needs any time of day.

The technician they sent asked for 5x the price quoted on the phone. Owner promised to never use him again. Very disappointing experience. Owner did apologize, hence the ** service rating.
