Do not recommend them to anyone. They tell u one thing over the phone and When the technician gets to the job they change the whole thing around. They half do their job. Will never use them again,... not happy with their prize and service.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Had them come out to do a simple pump out and they did a great job. I had a ton of questions to learn more about my system and they were very forthcoming and informative.

George came out to pump septic; after inspection of system he informed us the tank/system looked great and no pumping was necessary! He was very informative and educated us on our system! Cleaned up the yard nicely, can't even tell he dug it up! Will DEFINITELY use him again for ANY septic needs in the future! For plumbing, we will use Aarons plumbing services!!! AAAAA+++++!!! TYVM!!!

I initially placed a very good review. It was based on the friendliness of the worker and the office staff. They did $2500 worth of work and I was still left with a failing system. It took them over a week to come back out. They told me initially that my drain lines were probably good to go. Then I find out they couldn't even reconnect one of them. Did they really think a family of 7 could get by with one 40 year old drain line? I then found out it would cost me another 6-9K to do drain fields. It's not that they are a bad company, but they are very expensive on repairs ($2500 to pump, replace drain and install new Tee) and may fail to communicate clearly with you. I found someone who solved my problems (with written warranty) for what they charged for my repairs. Friendly folks for sure but I would not use them again for my septic issues.

George & Bill came out to "diagnose" our problem. WOW - Exceptional Service. Exemplary Work. Professional & Friendly. Was more than happy to explain what happened, what needed to be done, and what preventive maintenance should be carried out in future. Thank you George & Bill. If I ever need this service again - You are the two I'm calling. Thanks again so very much!

We had George from Aaron Septic come out to pump our tank. Due to the length and topology of our driveway, the hose was not able to reach our tank but George came a couple of days later with extra hoses to get the job done. The tank was almost full and draining very slowly so we agreed to additional work to jet and pump the drain field, replace the baffles on the outlet side of the tank and apply a chemical treatment to breakup the biomat that was likely causing our trouble. Although this treatment was expensive, it will hopefully eliminate the need for the much more costly drain field replacement. George was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company for your septic needs.

Aaron Septic sent George to my home when I had problems with my Septic system. This was not the first time I had a problem but the first time George was there to analyze the problem. It was clear he knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem and and worked diligently to get it right. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. While I hope to never have a problem again, if I do, I am calling Aaron Septic and asking for George.

I was horrified to see sewage backing up in our basement bathroom! I called another company that we'd previously worked with only for them to tell me that it would be either today or tomorrow before he could get here, he wasn't really sure - and he quoted $200 more to pump our tank than Aaron Septic! Kevin arrived promptly and fixed our clog and pumped the tank. He was awesome! He was very careful to save as much sod as possible and made everything look nice and neat before leaving. We were charged exactly what we were quoted and received excellent service! I will only be calling Aaron Septic from now on!

Pumped my tank and arrived exactly on time at 9am promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable, helped me understand how to properly maintain my tank to minimize problems in the future. I will use them again and recommend them to my family and neighbors. A++

Josh was very professional, explaining everything he was doing. I paid $365 8 1/2 years ago to have the septic tank pumped in an emergency. This time, I decided to have it done routinely before a problem arose and called 3 companies for prices which ranged from $295 to $400 (quite a difference). Aaron did it for the quoted $295, but recommended having the baffle replaced for another $150. Josh showed me and explained why it needed to be done, which made sense. He seemed like an honorable, ethical and capable technician. He and his helper found the tank opening quickly with minimum disturbance to the yard. I worried when they brought in a backhoe, but told them the tank wasn't deep and I knew about where the lid was located. I would definitely use Aaron Septic again.

I had Tim come to my home today to inspect my Septic tank. He was professional and helpful. He made all necessary repairs on same appointment day in a timely manner. He showed me his Master Plumber License which made me feel good about his repairs. Aaron is fair and reasonable.

Tim just came to our home on Sunday. he fixed my problem quickly and gave me a estmate on repairs that may be needed. Tim was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way, I would give more if possible. Santa should be very good to Tim, an honest plummer.

It was 7:30 am and my toilet began to bubble. We quickly called numerous septic companies in the Atlanta area and left messages on their answering machines. Only Aaron gave us the cell phone number of their man in the field, Tim. That was the beginning of the best friendly service, technical explanations and quality installation of any home system we have ever had to install. The money and stress involved in putting in a completely new septic system is daunting. They diagnosed, permitted and installed in less than a week and helped me host a house full of people at the same time! JUST AMAZING!
