My husband & I had a serious ant problem a few years ago. Chris came out immediately and was available anytime we had questions or concerns. We now get quarterly service with Chris! Nothing better than a small, family owned and run business!!
The products that are used leave no smell or residue. Safe for animals and kids. Chris is great and knows his business front to back. If the first treatment doesn't work, they will come back out at no extra charge until the problem is taken care of. I highly recommend this company for anyone searching for pest control. Very cost efficient as well!
I called Coyne because I had a coupon from Eversave and a suspected rat problem. He took 90 minutes to do a comprehensive assessment of all of my insects and vermin problems, and then recommended several approaches to treating them. He than treated the entire house, and even though I have been using pest control services for years, I never saw anyone that was this comprehensive. Highly recommended.

This is by far the most comprehensive service we have ever received. I'm a builder and this treatment surpasses any from the other well know companies. I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity for pest control services.

Firstly, we don't have any bugs so that's definitely in his favor. Like most other pest control, he doesn't require a contract which is great. He did a good job dusting down any outdoor cobwebs he saw on the house and was courteous enough to wear plastic booties over his shoes to keep from tracking up our home. He doesn't accept credit cards, which is fine except that I had no cash on me at the time and we don't use checks anymore. I told him to send me a bill and I'd pay him then via an online check. He said that was fine but apparently there was a misunderstanding as he never sent a bill. What he did do was write a note with the wrong name on it and slip it into our mailbox a couple of weeks later. First of all, highly unprofessional. A handwritten note to remind someone of payment? Second - it's illegal. It's a federal offense to get into someone's mailbox unless you're the owner or the mailman. I called him as soon as I saw the note whereupon he explained that he doesn't actually have the ability to send out bills. He never once apologized for getting into our mail, which I found offensive. I obtained his address and sent him a check the next day and was unsure of whether we'd keep him or not. He called me last night at 6:00pm to ask if he could come out today for our service. What kind of notice is that? Overall, the service is fine but he doesn't seem to be professional and it makes us hesitant to continue business with him. We'll try elsewhere.

I am sorry that you were disappointed. I just started my own business in July of last year. As of February of this year, we are now accepting Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. I normally take payment when service is rendered, but I do allow plenty of time for customers to pay their bill. I do get requests from many customers to leave the bill in their mailbox and was told by mail carriers that it was ok. I did not get into her mail, and I only used the name that was given to me over the phone when she called about her half-price deal. Also I always tell my customers when I will be back and I call the day before their service.
Had some pest concerns (carpenter ants) so I called up Coyne Pest Control. I had had a previous infestation problem and had called another company that came out and sprayed (not baited to kill the queen). Luckily, Coyne came to the rescue, the colony was killed (including the queen this time) and now I have a problem no more. Thanks Coyne, and you guys will be the first people I call again if I have another pest problem.
