They offer the $195 (1000 Gallon) Septic Pumping and $295 (1500 Gallon) tank. I did not know which one I had so they said they will send an expert out who will do a free estimate and inform me about the tank. When he arrived he informs me that there will be additional fees depending on the amount of sludge or solids. He got a metal rod from the truck and starts looking for the tank poking the ground for about 15 minutes. He assumes that the house is connected to the sewer on the street and only way to find out is to get someone from the company with a camera to run into the sewer to follow the pipe for additional fee of $400. He told me to call the company and he left the house. I go back to work and I got a call about 1 1/2 hours later from Kimberly from the office. She said that" You need to go back to the house and pay the driver $125 service call fee." I was shocked. I said he was not able to find it and now you want to charge me a service fee that is almost the same amount as the full service. She got upset and had nasty attitude saying "I does not matter. You still have to pay." The man apologized and tried to blame the management for being greedy and informed me that Kimberly's bad attitude and customer service is normal.

My water heater was leaking had water every where and they came our right away! I was so impressed by the booties on Justin's feet when he arrived. After his diagnosis he told me I needed a new water heater and gave me a few options to choose from and explained why he could fix it. He had my size water heater on his truck and couple of hours later I had new working water heater. Would absolutely use them again!

I was having septic issue's and being a single woman I was terrified of being taken advantage of when it came to have service work done. But when Steven arrived at my home he was very polite and listened to my concerns and issues. He said we are going to start by pumping your tank and go from there. About 2hrs into the job Steven came to me and stated that my drain field was bad and they needed to be replaced. I asked 1000's of questions and he answered all of them, so I agreed to have the drain field replaced. Steven advised me that it would be another crew coming out to do the replacement but he assured me he would be available if I had any questions. To this day my septic system is working wonderful and I am so pleased with the job that was done. I will always call Mr. Rooter for my plumbing needs.

Last weekend, my youngest discovered that flushing a small stuffed animal down the toilet was the quickest way to make mommy and daddy mad. Mr. Rooter got to our place in a quick amount of time and had that stupid bunny pulled out of the septic tank pipe in about 15 minutes. Our septic guy also joked about how it's a pretty common call for him to get. I am reassured that I'm not the only parent of a two-year-old toilet scientist. We also had him pump the tank while he was out and the pricing and professionalism was outstanding !

We had a sudden septic problem on a Thurs. the week of a snow storm and live on a gravel road with wooden bridge and was concerned the truck wouldnt be able to make it out let alone cross the bridge. We called Mr. Rooter and spoke with the manager who drove out first in his pickup to make sure he could get his septic truck up. He also had to arrange for a small back hoe to access the septic. He quoted us a price of 200.00 and came back to complete the service that same day. The job became way more complecated but he stood by his quote. I would hightly recommend this company and their workers. We will have him back in the future for maintenance. A couple of my friends have used him since and are spreading the word about this great company !
