We had a long running leak in our master bath tub and had just gotten used to not using the tub. One visit from Brad Roberts and the problem was solved, no tearing up the drywall was needed and it was great. We loved that we took a less invasive approach to the issue. I will definitely be calling on Roberts Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Brad connected 2 sinks & 2 faucets for us at an agreed upon price. One of the faucets leaked so I had to get a replacement. He came back on a Saturday to switch out the faucets at no extra charge. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied. I would recommend Brad Roberts to anyone who is looking for quality plumbing work. Mike L.

I had a water pipe burst in the front yard and looked for a plumber online. Roberts Plumbing had such great reviews, I gave him a call. He came out very quickly, in the rain, and talked me through everything that needed to be done. He fixed the problem right there and I will definitely have him back to fix any plumbing issue I have.

Brad is "top of mind" when it comes to resolving our plumbing problems. A very knowledgeable plumber, code-conscious, and good quality work, at a fair price. If Brad can't get there immediately, he's a great coach in the interim until he can. He cares and follows up to make sure your plumbing issues are resolved. Also, he is as preemptive as they come, making recommendations that can prevent future problems from developing. We love Brad!

My husband and I are thrilled to have found RPS! From the very beginning to the very end we received impeccable service. John came out after hours and was here promptly as promised. He was pleasant and personable. The service we received both personally and professionally was top notch. John shared his knowledge and explained what he was doing and why. He also gave us recommendations about ways to keep up our plumbing in our home. We had a wonderful experience overall and give RPS our highest recommendation. Thank you RPS for such wonderful service and thank you John for saving the day!

I've called RPS several times in recent years. Some were for routine repairs and others were emergencies. I want to commend them for their prompt attention last week when I had a frozen, cracked pipe on the second floor. John had to use his experience and intuition to find the cause without destroying my cabinet and wall. Brad and RPS are my choice!

Knowledgeable and capable plumber who has fair pricing and while great at fixing problems, he is very dedicated to teaching preventative measurs to ensure we don't have more problems in the future. There is more to plumbing than meets the eye! We've used him in two different houses and are very happy with the quality of work, his work ethic and his timeliness. Highly recommend.

I contacted Robert's from all of the great praise I saw here on Kudzu; and the fact it's a local and family owned business. Once again, the great reviews and Kudzu didn't let me down. First of all, Brad is a rock star - what a great guy. He really takes pride in his work and cares about providing a high level of service. I called him in to fix a clogged toliet and he took care of it quickly, finding the cause in no time. In the midst of this repair, he found my house pressure was off the chart due to a very old and inoperable regulator. I asked him to replace this part and he did so immediately; I feel very fortunate that he found this problem before my entire house flooded. I also asked him to replace my hot water heater and he did so a few days later; this job was done with extreme professionalism and care, as well. He took the time to explain the features and recommendations from the manufacturer. Taking service the extra mile, he called me the next day to find out how everything was working! I was blown away by the service; Brad is the consummate professional and very skilled at his job. Their rates are competitive and the level of quality is very high. I can't say enough good things and will use them again for sure.

Initially called for stopped up sinks and discovered we had bigger problems. Roberts explained our issues and fixed them in a timely, professional, and reasonable manner. I was referred by a friend and am so glad I found Roberts. I will refer everyone I know. Brad checked our newly installed hot water heater, which was not installed to code. In addition, he discovered our water pressure was 130psi!! He installed a new pressure relief valve and saved our home. On top of it all, he is very professional and informative and takes the time to explain how to care for your plumbing properly.

After replacing my entire shower and tub about a year ago for a leak that flooded my closet, bathroom and bedroom. The leak came back and once again flooded and it was worse this time. I went to a big time plumber and was quoted well over $1200+ to replace the drain. No way! I was referred to Roberts by my folks and it the best decision ever! They showed up, cameraed my tub, found the leak and fixed it all for less than $300! Brad was extremely professional and Judy (man I hope that was her name) kept my dog entertained while he worked! I will definally be going to them when I remodel the bathroom in our nursery. So friendly and professional. I can't wait to work with them again!

I tried to change the cartridge in my upstairs shower, but had BIG problems. I could not remove it and had to drill and chisel it out. When I finally got the cartridge out, no one could identify it. I called Brad and he was able to come over the same day. I emailed pictures of the cartridge and described how it worked and somehow he was able to find the right replacement cartridge. It turned out that the cartridge had been glued in (apparently to keep it from leaking) so parts of it were still stuck inside when I removed the cartridge. Brad had to use a torch and chisel to get the rest of it out and he had rightly selected the Moen 1222 to replace it. In about an hour, we could turn the water back on. Great service from a great guy. He's the first one I'll call next time I have a plumbing problem.

We had a water leak where the intake comes into the basement of our home. We called RPS and they came out same day. They had to dig 3 ft deep and remove a couple of shrubs but Brad did a great a job and for a very reasonable price. We were more than satisfied with the promptness, quality of work and price. Would HIGHLY recommend this plumbing service.
