I called Action Septic Pro for routine maintence/pump my septic tank on my rental property.First,they were very flexible & prompt,meeting me at my property on my scheduleeven beat me there.Upon opening my septic system,there were obvious signs of deterioration.Nick was very kind & professional as he explained & pointed out the corrosion,potential for further damage/problems,& repair needed.Despite my shock & disappointment of this unexpected expense,I felt Action Septic Pro was very fair in pricing.There was minimal damage/mess in my yard upon completion of repair/maintence.I wouldn't call anyone else I am definately a customer for life.I wouldn't waist my time with anyone else.Thank you Nick for everything!!...

I have owned my "new" home for 5 years, I have been having septic issues due to the smallest tank,& yard grading,and reduced leech line guidelines for Walton co during the build of my home.. Builder never would address.. Action Septic Pro explained in detail how to fix my problems, with fair quote, and recommended a product tablet for septic system. RID X DOES NOT WORK! Their price was much more reasonable than the other co. I used and I will have them return to do additional wk to help me deal with my still gurgling toilets during a hard rain or multi clothes washing.. I highly recommend this company.. Jamie and TIM WHERE VERY NICE AND HANDLED THIS JOB WELL. tIM TOLD A STORY ABOUT PUMPING OUT HIS GRANDMOTHER SEPTIC TANK THat was built in the 20's . They explained very well the procedures and removed all caps on the tank and rinsed it well. After seemed the main from the house had no flow they wanted to jet clean it and i suggested cleaning the debriss away and the waste flowed out of the house like a waterfall.
