We have been going to European Motor Cars for the past 2 1/2 years. Jay is the best and has been very accommodating to us and our Jaguar XJR. Thank you so much for everything and for your wonderful Crew. I recommend you to everyone. Believe me we have BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar. Take your car to European Motor Cars they will take care of you.

Just left Atlanta Classic with an estimate that made my heart stop. Was driving home when I came across European Motor Cars on Pleasent Hill. Stopped in and talked with Bob the owner. He put my car on the computer made some sort of adjustment and now all the lights are off and everything is great. He charged me fifty five bucks. Atlanta Classic quoted me $2600 to fix my car. These guys really know whats going on. I thought my Christmas was ruined. Thanks Thanks Thanks

I searched and read the reviews took after being feedup with the dealership's lack of quality service. I took my vehicle in to Jay - he was upfront about the cost and took the time to explain the repairs. I have found a respectable service team! Thanks guys...

Writing reviews is not my highest and best talent, so this will be short. It IS an easy task, though. Jay and his guys extend the same courtesy, demonstrate the same interest, and provide the same service whether you take in a luxury car or a piece of junk (and I've done both). They are not only expert mechanics, but are customer service experts as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would NOT recommend these folks to my worst enemies--but I would recommend them to my best friends (and have). (Please note that even folks who have some apparently baseless complaints have not oomplained about the work done.)

These guys were very professional, and provided service above expectation. Final bill came out way lower then I was quoted (this was a first from any shop I have ever visited) I will recommend this shop to all my friends and colleagues. I would have to say this is the most honest shop in town.

I took my Mercedes Benz into the dealer 2 weeks ago and was told that I needed a new AC evaporator for $3200. I brought it into European Motor Cars because they were cheaper ($2300). When I picked up my car the bill was $375. Jay told me that my evaporator was fine I only needed some valve and an o ring. Thanks Jay now I can go on vacation

These guy were very helpful on my 996 Porsche. Did all the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Didn't try to sell me every repair under the sun. My neighbor recommended this shop to me, and I can assure you I will be back. Thanks Jay for you outstanding service.

I WENT IN GOOD FAITH TO THIS SHOP with my BMW 325I 2004 for an ESTIMATE. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY CAR BACK THE MECHANIC VERY DISRESPECTFULLY LEFT THE DRIVER SEAT ALL THE WAY BACK (LIKE A BED)AND ALSO I NOTICED FEW MINUTES LATER THAT THE BMW LOGO FROM THE KEY WAS MISSING!...I'M PLANNING TO GO TOMORROW MORNING AND ASK FOR THE MISSING LOGO.

Sometimes reviews are unwarranted, and this is definitely the case. This customer said we can't be trusted why? Because he thinks either we put his seat back to be rude or we stole his sticker from his key. First off we did not lay the seat back, but only moved it back since the mechanic has a prosthetic leg, and had no choice. Second you called the next day to inform us the little sticker on your key was missing. Do you really think we stole a sticker that cost 50 cents. PLEASE. You think it maybe feel off and you didn't notice it until you left the shop. All we did was check your car out at NO COST to you, told you what was wrong, and all you can do is state "we can't be trusted". You posted this review before even calling us to ask about the key sticker. When you called the next day to report your sticker was missing we ordered you a new one. We didn't argue with you. Some people can't be pleased no matter what you do.
I have referred the Sandy Springs location to everyone I know. I took my old BMW to Jay and now my new Mercedes. The team is always very friendly and I know I am getting a great deal. So thankful for their honesty and willingness to tell you all your options. Mercedes might give me a rose for taking my car in for check ups but I wouldn't trade the confidence, trust, and reliabiliy I get from Jay and his team for anything! Thanks!

Saved me lots of money compared to what the dealer quoted. Had my car finished on time. Very respectful and polite. Did not nickle and dime me to death. I will be back. Thanks Boys

When my car broke down a year ago I was scared. I was able to make it to a gas station where they informed me that my radiator was bad. The mechanic at BP told me he didn't work on Mercedes but referred me to European Motor Cars. Bob drove to my location topped my car with water and followed me back to his shop saving me a tow bill. Fixed my car that day, and to this day I go no where else.
Ill make this quick. If you need ANYTHING done to your car Jay and his staff are there for you. I recently blew a belt on a snowy friday afternoon & called the shop. They suggested a tow company gave me the number of a great flatbed service, which rushed out and got the car ASAP (in snow on a Friday!) On Tuesday, Jay called me and told me the car was ready~ came to my house, picked me up & brought me to my car! Everything was impeccable, the service is wonderful! Jay you have a customer for life!
Called Jay on the phone to check these guys out after sitting at the dealer and getting a quote from them on a 60k service on my Bmw X3. Dealer wanted to charge me for everything under the sun . Talked to Jay and he said bring it in and i will check it for you and give you a second opinion. WOW saved myself 500.00 .Half the stuff the dealer wanted to change i didnt need.Theses guys are honest and i will go back.
I took my M3 to this shop to diagnose a problem. I picked my car up and was told they would get in touch with me regarding an estimate. I called twice over the next week and was told they would get back with me. They never did. I wasted two weeks and ended up getting stranded on the side of the road because I waited for them to get back with me. I had my car towed to another shop who fixed it with no problem.

I apologize you had a problem. I know that you will get this rebuttal as an email so please correct me if I am wrong, but this review was meant for the Piedmont Location. I say this because I had similar problem with the last manager that was there. He only lasted 6 weeks then we let him go for this very reason. Ultimately anything that happens in my shops is my fault, so again I apologize. If you need to contact me for any reason please don't hesitate to call Bob Saladna 770-664-9222.
