Milne Towing

I was referred to Milne by Crosscountry roadside service when I was stuck in the snow. Milne sent Joe who was fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommended

This company does not know what they are doing when conducting business. The company received a request from a local business and mistakenly tried to tow my truck. I was working and had permission to park in the designed area. As I noticed that people were inquiring about their cars, the local police arrived as well as the media. I went to check on my truck were my nightmare started. I had to pay $100.00 to Sixto Garcia, so he would not take my truck. Then he became extremely rude and aggressive. He tried to intimidate me by getting verbal abusive. I explained to him that I was working and he ignored everything that I was saying. A person from the local media was recording the incident this guy became demanding and rude. I went to Milne Towing located at Gentry Way were I encounter him and returned my money. I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor, but he did not want to hear my complaint. They were so unprofessional, and other staff from the company if you could call that treated me like a dog by telling me to get out of their place using excessive foul language. However, if I did not make the effort to solve this misunderstanding they would have kept my money. I did not seek their business nor was parked in an illegal area that I should have been responsible. People please when calling this business be careful and please provide detailed information about the car that needs to be towed. This experience was uncalled for. This business believes they are powerful and have the right to mistreat people. Do not call or use this business.

That whole company has a very dark side to it. They will steal from you using loop holes from DMV and Nevada law. Stay completely away. Don't ever say you weren't warn.

Service was ok until the tow truck bashed in the rear of my truck loading it. I have made repeated requests from Milne to fix the damage with no response. My next move is to file a small claims!!
