Excellent material
Great quality hardwood floors! My living room is looking better then ever, I like the nice glossy shine. I'll be coming back to Overstock floors if I ever need more work done!

Great Quality & Service!
I recently had hardwood floor installed in my living room, the quality of the wood is exceptional and the folks from Overstock Floors were genuinely helpful. The job was done in a timely manner and the results where nothing short of excellent! I recommend Overstock Floors for your flooring endeavors.

Total Disaster From Start to Finish
Went from bad to worse to nightmare. It is one thing to put up with wrong quote, multiple missed appointments when we took day off but to but up with all the headaches and see you new floor is not what you were sold brought us to tears. Installed floor was completely different from what they showed my wife in store. Apparently we bought inferior flooring but paid Home Depot prices. There is a confidence level you get with the big box stores and now I know why. Biggest mistake of our lives to this point was walking into Overstock. Should have walked away when we heard owner yelling at customer. Never again.

Defective Garbage
Buyer beware!!!! Dont trust the reviews! Do your homework! Overstock sold my daughter Shaw hardwoods and said it came with full manufacturers warranty. Complete lie! They sold us "off quality" goods that hase ZERO warranty. I contacted Shaw and they said store knew hardwoods were sold as inferior goods and knew there was no warranty. Now my daughter has a house full of defective, buckling hardwoods and no recourse other than a good lawyer. I have never dealt with more dishonest people!
