Ricky was great! Everything was as promised. The team showed up on time, all phone calls were answered or returned immediately. The floors look like new. I would definitely recommend.

Emperial recently refinished our aging hardwoods and did a terrific job! It had been at least 7 or 8 years since the floors had been treated, and in addition to sanding, staining, and coating with polyurethane several boards had been damaged by water from our dogs' water dish and had to be replaced. The folks from Emperial worked around our schedule, and Ricky, the owner, even came out to our house on a Saturday morning to help us decide on the proper color of stain. Their workers were courteous, competent, and very considerate of our home - and our floors now look great again!

Professional,honest,fair, great work and much more.A problem with the supplier would have been a nightmare but Ricky and his team went way beyond the scope of their job to make sure I was happy.Most companies would have charged extra or maybe not even finished the job. Emperial didn't charge extra,never complained and made sure the job was completed. Great Job! I highly recommend them!

Trust, Friendly, Value. The team at Emperial was awesome and set clear expectations up front of what to expect. Ricky has an eye for color and helped narrow the choices down. I would use Emperial again.

Emperial just refinished most of my first floor and the hardwoods look like new. The staff was professional and competent. The result is fabulous!
