Got the job done..WAY overpriced!
We had the 3/4" main line spring a leak right outside where it enters the house's basement wall. I was out of town , so I had my fiance to just get on Kudzu and find someone five-star rated. Along came these guys. They were quick to show up (during regular business hours, this wasn't an emergency call or anything) and get the job done. It is my belief they took advantage of a woman, given they charged a ridiculous $475.00 to simply dig down a 1x1x1.5 hole and repair a small section of 3/4" PVC. So, bewareI would look elsewhere simply due to the price (whether they are just generally high or if he took advantage of a woman)....

I do not understand why you seem to be jumping around plumbers if you have so many rental houses. It appears you were happy with the plumber you reviewed the day before us, why did you not use them again. We give free estimates and you could have easily had another quote from the plumber you liked, especially that it was not an emergency. The price is fair for locating a leak, repairing the pipe and sealing the wall. Every leak detection company in town charges almost $300 to locate a leak, not including a repair. To give zero stars for value is ridiculous. I suggest you get more than one quote on everything you spend money on to prevent buyers remorse. I cannot tell if this is a legit review or if you are plumber posing as a homeowner. If you are concerned about the price, call me at the office, I will pull the invoice, speak with the technician and I will discuss if we can reduce the price at all. Thanks, Mike Whitman Atlantis Plumbing 770-505-8570................Here are the reviews of your other plumbers I attached 1-25-12: I had Arrowhead come out to a rent house we own. I had them replace the faucet on a garden tub. It took a lot more than expected because the imbeciles who built the house did not leave an access door for the piping, but after cutting out a new access door and coordinating with a tile layer, they got it taken care 1-12-12 Steer Clear, Highly Incompetent
An incompetent plumber by the name of "Shane M." came out at our renter's request to simply install gas logs (pipe was already there, all that was required was to install the actual logs). He instead insisted on running a new gas pipe even though the present one was in fine condition (it had just had the previous logs removed, which functioned fine). Upon removing the pipe he ripped a huge hole in the firebox, and then just stated "we [the customers] will have to call a fireplace company". We called and were told a manager would contact us w/i 24 hrs. It has now been 4 days post-call and still no word from them. We just want the damage their plumber caused fixed 100% by someone competent to complete the job. I would stay away from these UN-Superior plumbers unless you want your property damaged and a possible trip to small claims court in your future in order to recover damages.
