I am disappointed that I have to write this review, particularly after reading all the other glowing recommendations about this vendor. I'd confirmed the time of my appointment the week before, and took 5 hours out of work time to be home for the carpet cleaning. I waited for the entire time, and even emailed Terry, the owner, to confirm or to see if there was a problem. Nothing. An hour after the time had passed, Terry called me to see if I was still available. While apologetic, this was no excuse - I'd heard nothing and my time was not respected. I can handle delays, as long as communication is clear and proactive. Unfortunately, now my carpets will not be cleaned for my renters who move in tomorrow. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this merchant.
