Look No Further!
I used Richardson Residential to pressure wash my home, fence and deck. Robert did such an excellent job that I called him back to stain my deck. My deck looks AWESOME! Robert is super personable, reasonably priced, and does EXCELLENT work! If you are looking for someone for all of your household maintenance needs, look no further, you have found the right place! Job well done!!
Rob built the most beautiful tri-level deck and pergola for me. His attention to detail shows in his work. I would not hestitate to recommend him for any job.

home repairs done well
I have used Richardson Residential for home repairs for years now. He is convient, reliable, reasonably priced and punctual. He repaired a deck at my house and I was very pleased with his work. My husband is not handy so Rob is the go to guy around here. Expect to have a great result as this man has high standards for the quality of his work.

home repairs done well

This Guy Can Do Anything
Robert never ceases to amaze with his ability to do any and all types of residential repairs and upgrades. He is timely, professional, highly skilled, and works diligently. He repaired our deck, stained our house, and helped my family get into renovation mode." His "can do' attitude is infectious. We highly recommend him for any residential job imaginable.
