We had an appointment between 2 and 4 on a Friday. My wife took off work to meet them. They never showed up. They never called. They didn't answer the phone when we called. They still haven't returned our calls.

I called Pink Plumber and asked to have an estimate to have an existing toilet removed and a new toilet installed (assuming no additional work required). I was advised that an estimate could not be give over the phone. A plumber came to my home (arriving very late in the evening) and gave me an estimate of over $300. The plumber gave the estimate based on the same information that I provided to the rep over the phone. The only additional information that the plumber had that the phone rep did not have was actually seeing the toilet. He did not uncover any additional details by doing any sort of inspection. Because I knew the estimate to be about twice that of the industry standard, I did not have the work done. As such, I was charged the $45 service fee. I called Scott Plumbing Service, and was given an estimate of $175 over-the-phone. The plumber came to my home (on time), did the work (within an hour), and charged me $175. No question which plumber I will call the next time I need plumbing services.
Remove an existing toilet and install a new one.

I was recently at my brothers house in Atlanta and witnessed probalby the best plmuing service I've seen so far. Everything was done fast and with utmost precision. They came 15 minutes after he called, scanned the situation and fixid in 20 minutes. The price was also very good.

Called Aaron's and they wanted to charge 2.5 times the amount for the same service. Called Scott Plumbing and they gave me a quote over the phone. Matt, the son, came early, was prompt and courteous and charged for the amount quoted on the phone. So glad I called them. They installed an expansion tank and fixed some leaky faucets.

Decided to use this company based upon other Kudzu reviews. Matt was extremely responsive in understanding the problem and setting up an appointment. He kept the appointment window and updated me with his arrival time. What a concept - a company that keeps an appointment window, keeps you informed, shows up, and does the job right at a reasonable cost - what a pleasant experience! They will be the first company I'll call for the next time!

They were supposed to come out between 1:00 and 2:00 yesterday and never showed up. I called many times to find out what was going on and I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Nobody returned my calls. I texted and didn't get a response as well. All they needed to do was call me to tell me they were running behind or whatever excuse they had but they didn't. No courtesy. Unprofessional. I wasted my entire afternoon waiting for them. Don't waste your time on them too.

After setting up your appointment you sent us a picture of your water heater and which we then determined it was a Whirlpool brand water heater. We then let you know that we do not have parts nor can we go to a store and get those parts. They have to be special ordered through Whirlpool which can take 5-7 business days to receive. We let you know those parts had to be ordered and we could not fix your water heater without those parts in stock so it would have been a wasted trip for us to send out a tech just to tell you something we already told you over the phone.
My mother's water heater stopped heating/igniting. After looking around online I found Scott Plumbing and called at 9:30am. They said they could have someone out between 10:30am and 11am. At 10:10, they arrived and by 10:45 they were gone, with the water heater working again. Very prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone!

Matt did a great job replacing my water heater, he came out same day and even upgraded me from a 40 gallon to 50 gallon at no extra charge. I will definitely be using them again.

I would highly recommend Matt. In fact, I already have. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Made sure I was satisfied before he left and checked to make sure everything was working properly. 5 star all the way!!!

We will not call another plumbing service now that we've worked with Scott Plumbing. They were responsive, provided a fair price, showed up on time, professional and did the job right.

Reliable, reasonable, honest, affordable, well mannered, prompt. Sometimes the smaller company is the right way to go. After having a bad experience with a dishonest company, they were so refreshing! Would refer everyone to them.

Called Scott's to come for an estimate to replace my main water line which had sprung it's second leak. Matt arrived on time, asked about the leak and then got into the crawl space, told me there was water coming in from the pipe access to the foundation. Measured the distance from meter to house and gave me a great quote. A week later he was there 1/2 hour before scheduled time. Matt and his assistant did a great job. Even saved some of my sod! I thought I was going to lose a hedge, but they dug underneath it. They didn't have to do that. It rained the day of my scheduled installation and Matt called and said he could do it the next day. Even took money off because I had lost a day from work with no pay! His quote came in $800 less than two other companies. Matt was great to work with. Very polite and courteous. Would definately recommend Scott Plumbing and now he will be my "go to plumber".
