Run far away from this business!!! They will suck up all your money and treat you like a pile of dog sh*t!!! NO DRESS IS WORTH IT. Read all other reviews. They are not lying. Owners are rude, ignorant and mean and treated us with such hostility that I was in utter shock and felt the need to attend a church service to pray for the demons running this business. Please see review on yelp from 5/20/15 from jenna. This explains our whole experience. But be forewarned. the experience is not over. We will make sure to let everyone know NOT to buy from here. They don't deserve your hard earned money or mine. No one should be treated the way those people treated us. I get better respect in consignment shops or at the local goodwill. Do not waste your time with these liars.

Shop here and buy elsewhere. Add a minus to my stars. My daughter picked a beautiful dress. Alterations cost almost 1/2 the price of the dress. After the fourth trip there, we were accused of ripping off the beads on the dress. Excuse me, something is very wrong here. My daughters receipt reads do not repair. $1000.00 later, I will never recommend or shop here again.

Owner and staff are extremely rude, not knowledgeable, bad mouth their competition, and they try to pressure you into purchases when you are clearly just beginning your gown search. One of my bridesmaids bought her wedding gown here and it was a disaster, late, couldn't fit her in to alter it, so I refused to shop here after her ordeal. One of my bm's ordered her bm dress here for my wedding and the store must not have put in the order for weeks because the dress came in really late. DO NOT SHOP HERE, CONSTANT HEADACHE!

Dealing with One Enchanted Evening has been a nightmare for my bride & some of the other bridesmaids. After sizing us, they ordered many of our gowns way too big (my guess is to make more $ on alterations), they "lost" one of the girl's dresses for weeks, and even made rude comments about some of the girls weights and also about how the bride shouldn't be getting married. I made several attempts to set up an alteration appointment and the ONE seamstress who ONLY works Saturdays was scheduled "out of town," on 3 different weekends! I ended up taking my dress somewhere else to be altered and am extremely happy with that decision! DO NOT GO TO OEE. The dress selection is not worth the horrible customer service and stress!

1)Check out their BBB evaluation. 2)Be prepared to sign a half-page single-spaced typed contract at the time of payment. It basically gives you no rights after you have paid, short of going to arbitration. Nowhere does it state what the store feels IT'S responsibilities are. AND, trust me, in spite of all the verbal reassurances you are given at time of sale (they have alterations people who can turn a dress around overnight -- what they don't say is that they don't guarantee you an appt. -- and they charge about triple what you normally pay elsewhere),take notice that they make no guarantees regarding the arrival date of the dress. Mine was 5 weeks late (as determined by the VERBAL date promised at the time of sale.) Once it was late I started checking in with the store, and every week they would reassure me that they called the manufacturer and would give me a date when it was expected. When I checked back on that date they would say that they couldn't help it if UPS was late that day. AND they claimed that they couldn't check on any routing number because they're never given any! After 3 weeks of this, they actually told me to stop coming into the store to check on things, that they would call me when it came in! I used to stop in because no one would ever answer my phonecalls! My dress finally arrived 2 days before I needed it! Throughout my ordeal, I was simply dismissed and treated with complete rudeness and lies. Read reviews on other websites.

Watch your credit cards! Keep all receipts and document all correspondance with this business if you choose to ignore the many poor reviews and patronize this business! One unprofessional, inappropriate and boarder-line violent interaction after the next! Nice until purchase made then horrible. Uninformed poorly managed employees who tell you something different each time you talk to them. Miscalulations of bills with threats four months after the event to make unauthorized charges to a bridesmaid credit card because the store claims THEY made a mistake in billing for alterations. Threats to "come after" us if we "Bad mouth" their business. Mis-quotes about prices of shoes, poor quality is steaming...they wanted to send us out the door without a garment bag for the wedding gown??!! Did not steam correctly. But the biggest problem was how the owners Linda and Pete handled each complaint. So rude and defensive and threatening. I honestly do not understand how they stay in business. I know they have a nice selection of dresses, but is it really worth months of harassing phone calls throughout and even after the event has passed because their staff is undertrained and undersupervised and the example set for them by the owners is that the customer is the enemy and treat them like they are criminals. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I HAVE FOUR DAUGTHERS LOCALLY WHO WILL NEED MANY FORMAL GOWNS> I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER SHOP HERE!!! IT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT!

Horrible wedding experience. They kept telling us we owed balances when it was paid off. The dress wasn't ready when it was supposed to be picked up. They said it was because it needed steamed one last time, but in reality, it wasn't ready for pick up. We received a call on the way to the rehearsal dinner telling us there was still a balance due. In retrospect, wouldn't have paid it because of the terrible service. The owners Linda and a male who doesn't give his name don't care about the customers and will absolutely not take any type of feedback. He repeatedly just yelled "Are you going to pay the balance or not?" when feedback about the employees who don't know what they are doing was trying to be delivered. They even tried to spin it back that all of the girls and the bride were the difficult ones. From the many bad reviews, it's clear it's not a customer issue. North Allegheny girls should beware before shopping here for prom dresses or you may be sorry. Whey they wouldn't accept the feedback, we told him we'd find other ways to share negative experience with people and he threatened us by saying "if you do, I'll get you back." Ranked quality as high as the dress was beautiful, but they didn't make it, they merely order and deliver it. DO NOT PARTRONIZE THIS PLACE.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! READ FIRST! I bought my wedding dress from one enchanted evening. At frist they were really nice and I thought I could trust them. I even had the manager Donna as my consultant. She took my measurements and placed my order. When my dress came in it was 2 sizes too big, and since I signed the contract she would not return it. They offered to alter the dress and they were going to charge me hundreds of dollars to alter THEIR mistake! They never even let me look at the sizing chart. I have been the same size since high school and I did not love an inch or pound in the three months. At the time I ordered my dress my bridesmaids also ordered their dresses and again DONNA had them order sizes too big. The store just wants to make more money off of you with their OUTRAGEOUS alterations fee. We took the dresses elsewhere to be altered and I had my wedding dress completely redone for $84. The manager Donna did not even care that I was standing in her store crying about my big wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. When I started to cry everyone walked away from me and left me standing in the middle of the store by myself. After I got the dress and went home my fiance called the owner LINDA who hung up on him twice because she "did not need our business" Even though my dress was altered, the seamstress could not make change the bust from a size 6 to a size 2, so on my wedding day I had to tape gel inserts to my breasts and tape the dress to myself. Which looked bad!

PLEASE READ before you go there....I was HIGHLY disappointed with this store, its owner and the employees. I went here to buy a Prom gown and I was told by the owner that I would have a one of a kind dress... there were 3 at my Prom! The owner said what you wanted to hear and did not back anything up! My dress came in late and was 2 sizes TOO BIG and therefore needed additional alterations, that I had to pay for! The employees seemed to be bothered by questions and the owner was NOT NICE AT ALL! When something, such as your prom, is so important to you, one would think that the people who you were buying your dress from would be helpful and nice! NOT HERE!!!
