Some nurses were less professional, but in general very professional.

I had both my kids here and they were wonderful both times! I had professional service and everyone was so pleasant!

Piedmont hospital has an excellent labor an delivery unit. The staff is caring, efficient and experienced.

I went to the emergency room at Piedmont a week ago for a severe injury to my shoulder. After being left in a room to wait in excruciating pain for over 5 hours, I was discharged with a mis-diagnosis and a prescription for an unhearof painkiller that didn't work. The emergency room staff was unwilling to assist me after the fact, and was uncooperative in releasing my records when I finally decided to go see a competent doctor. Think twice before you take your business to Piedmont Hospital.

I have gone twice to this hospital , in their emergency room, for kidney stones. I have waited an average of 4-5 hours each time. Their triage type of care, really didnt seem to be working to effectively, as i sat next to an 80 year old women who had a broken arm. They gave her a cold pak and told her that she should sit down and wait. I like the hospital , but will go to Crawford Long or Emory for Emergency care.
