I am a Realtor and it's hard to impress me, but Jeffrey just blew my socks off today. First, he arrived while tornado sirens were blaring, but it didn't phase him. The bathtub faucet that needed repair was a stubborn old thing, but he kept at it, saying that if he didn't have the right part, he'd go and come back with the right one. As he was leaving, he took a look at my noisy toilet and fixed that in two minutes.

Good plumbers are hard to find -- I found my new plumber and will refer Arimar to my clients from here on out.

We've been a customer since 2006 and have been very pleased with the service, knowledge, & friendliness of both, father & son who operate the business. Recently, we had a water heater emergency on a Saturday morning & John(father) responded immediately. The unit was repaired & it was up and running in a short time. Also, these guys will answer all your questions regarding plumbing in laymen terms so that you can grasp some knowlege in this area. John and Jeff were phenomenal. They gave us good information and quotes. They arrived prepared and got right to work. They worked well together, they worked diligently, the kept us informed. They educated us about the inner workings of our home and took good care of our vintage tile-work. We are really very lucky to have found them.
