I have been a Baco customer for as long as I can remember (over a decade, possibly 2). The moment Massey took over, the service has gone downhill. They sent a tech out without an appointment, who allegedly treated our house outside, but then sent us a $90 bill for "inside services." I complained about their fraudulent billing practices and was told that they simply send techs out if they try to make an appt and can't, and that they only treat the house outside -- they do not offer inside services. When I asked why they billed me the same amount for what I paid Baco for both inside and outside treatment, the employee could not explain. When I asked why the invoice said they performed "inside services" when they did not, the employee claimed that was their internal way of noting former Baco customers. When I asked for an explanation for why they are charging me full freight for inside services they are no longer providing, the employee ran out of answers and said she would have a manager call. No one has called to answer these simple questions. I will be switching to a new provider this week. I'm sorry that Baco is no longer Baco. Baco had great, reliable employees and great service. Massey does not.

I have used baco for 15 years and never, not once, had an issue. The first appointment I made with Massey was awful. The technician didn't show up and no one called. When I called them, they did not apologize and said "the technician got sick.". I asked why they didn't call and they said " we didn't know he would get sick." Now, to my way of thinking they clearly knew when I called, so why wouldn't they call all the people with appointments? I then called the main office and talked to a manager and he said "what can we do to keep your business?" I said, send my regular guy. He said "we can't do that we are reorganized to make things more efficient." Well, it might be more efficient for Massey, but not for me.

I had a manager sent to my house covered in white supremacy tattoos. He was very rude. Later I was told by his manager, who could have passed for the klan leader, that he was the owners son and there was nothing that they could do. Very very unprofessional company!

Wonderful staff, totally professional, and they are there on time, which is half the battle with contractors. I would highly recommend BACO to anyone looking for a company to do their termite letter and/or spraysing for bugs.

Same workers show up to your house each time. They retreat for free if you have a bug problem arise. I have quarterly service and a termite bond and both are reasonably priced. Very happy with them.

We use them to quarterly treat pests in our home and for our termite bond. We have the sentricon system. They are always on time and do a quick job. I like that the same person comes out each time, so he knows our problems and our neighbors. Highly recommend.

Baco were the selected contractor for my new home. I've continued service with them into my second year. They do a great job, I wish they would clean up after their visit when going through flower beds, etc and making sure the property looked like they found it.

We used Baco because we had our termite bond with them. We ended up with bug spray coating everything in our basement (some of which we had to throw out) and still had lots of bugs down there. However, we did not have any bug problems in the house, and we had dealt with some very persistant ant colonies.

We've had Baco do our routine termite inspections for the past two years, and they seem to be pretty good. They check our bait stations regularly and come inspect our house for termites annually. So far no problems...
