WOW, our pool project is now complete, and we have all of the great folks at Hilltop Pools and Spas to thank for making this project run smoothly. Any bumps that occurred along the way were quickly smoothed out by one of their friendly staff. From day one, we have been kept informed of each step of the project. We are now enjoying our new pool, and the fabulous workmanship shows everywhere. We are grateful every day that we went with Hilltop Pools. Thanks, guys! You were and are outstanding.

We chose Hilltop Pools because they provided an incredible design we never thought was possible in our backyard. Our difficult backyard sloped up, so we were very concerned about a required retaining wall that we needed before the pool. We are so pleased with the rock work and the wall, as well as the whole design of the pool and patio.
Hilltop provided very professional personnel(Jessica, Matt, Kelly, and Shane) every step of the way. Our pool was completed in the fall and our first season was this summer. We had many questions with the start of the summer that they promptly answered. Our family and neighbors could not believe it was the same backyard! I've recommended Hilltop Pools to family and friends, who are also enjoying their pools this summer. A family owned company that has a great vision!

I had heard horror stories about putting in pools. I am happy to say that WE had an awesome experience with Hilltop Pools! They are extreme professionals and do what they say, when they say. They beat our finish date and took care of the county and permitting for us. I can not tell you how pleased we are and how beautiful our pool is. It is truly one of a kind!! Thank you, Jessica, Matt, Shane and Kelly!!!

I have owned and been involved in numerous businesses over the course of my 32 year work life, and you will not find more honest businessmen than Brian and Matt Miller. You will also not find a business that is more dedicated to providing superior customer service than Hilltop. Was building my pool problem free? No(keep in mind it is a fairly major construction project). But every issue has been taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction. That is what makes a company great. Consistently superior customer service and honesty. Bottom line - Hilltop will do what they say and they will take great care of their customers long after the pool is completed. By the way.I have a beautiful pool that I use almost every night!!! Thanks Hilltop


Update after Hilltop response:

Problems do happen during construction projects, mechanical devices can always fail, and we can't control the winter weather. I am completely satisfied with Hilltop and recommend them without reservation. I don't say this often, but I admire the "Customer Service" culture that the Millers have built at Hilltop. Wish I had been more successful in doing that in my career!!...

Our original pool was built in 1968, Hilltop Pools completely reworked the pool adding tanning shelves, benches and climb outs in the deep end, they did a pebble finish over the original gunite added a rock coping and a jump rock! Everyone we dealt with at Hilltop was a professional. We loved Matt from the first day we met him. He was confident, professional and had wonderful helpful ideas. Shane the project manager was very knowledgeable and attentive to all our concerns.

We had three pool company's give us bids. Hilltop Pools gave
us our best price by far and they gave us everything we asked for in quality and service. Our project was completed on time and is absolutely beautiful.
