I leased my first Saab in March/April 2001, then purchased my current 2001 Saab in March 2005. So, I have been a loyal customer for 9 years, trusting my car only to your dealership for all my service needs, except for tire purchases. In all that time, Tyler and Jerry have given me fantastic, personal service. They are so friendly and accommodating that I actually look forward to my service visits. They are great guys, and I hope you know how lucky you are to have them on your staff. In addition, thanks to your Service Department, my 9 year old car is running like it's brand new. "This is my third Jim Ellis vehicle, having purchased two Mazdas in the past. Dick Ivey was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He never made me feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. I test drove several Saabs as well as other vehicles (including other Jim Ellis dealerships) before settling on the 9-5 Aero. Post-sale repairs/minor fixes are ongoing, but I have no doubt that everything will be handled satisfactorily. Stacey, too, was very helpful. I have had my car since 2002 and have used your service department for all my service needs. I find your employees to always be pleasant, helpful and courteous. I have no suggestions on how you can do anything any better because your organization has it right. They make me feel special there each time I come in they call me by name that personal touch goes a long way keep up the good work. I am driving my third "previously owned" Saab, the first purchased at Carmax. I became a Jim Ellis customer with the service contract from Carmax but the following Saabs were purchased from your dealership. Jerry has been our service advisor from the beginning and has been a pleasure to work with. Because he is the contact person, I credit him with our satisfaction with Jim Ellis, but I must add that your entire staff is pleasant, professional and most important, competent. " Your cars sell themselves to a great extent. You have an excellent "stable of brands." The sales force is well versed in their products and guide the customer though the buying experience as opposed to resorting to sales pressure or leading them to a "Yes" they are not ready for. Do not change or modify the nature of the JE/Customer relationship. As one who has purchased 9 cars from JE my trust is complete in this dealership. I tell my wife, "You can have any car you want as long as it is sold by JE." I can not give a stronger recommendation than that. Also, Dick Ivey of Saab Internet Sales is a pleasure of work with. He listens to his potential customers, he is helpful and works for the customer to create a postive buying experience. He facilitates both the business office and the service department to ensure all aspects of the JESaab experience keeps his customers coming back for repeat sales. I am sure these behaviours are part of the JE sales and service phiolosophy (I have been dealing with JE for many years and found the employee training and customer focus to be consistent across all brands I have purchased - Audi, Mazda, VW, Saab.) It appears to me, through sales floor obsorvation and frankly "Evesdropping" that all JE sales and service agents embrace this dealership's Sales/Customer Code. We purchased a new 9-3 Saab from out of state, sight unseen, which meant that our sales rep and the business manager needed to walk us through more than the usual paperwork and questions, matters that are far easier to address in person. Both of them were extraordinarily helpful, answering dozens of questions by email and phone and keeping us informed about each step of the process from initial inquiry to final delivery. They even emailed us photos of the car with our state's tags attached so that we could print it out and put the photo on our refrigerator until it arrived today. Everything happened as smoothly as if we were dealing with a dealership in our own town, and the car even arrived several days ahead of when it was promised. On top of that, their price easily beat the quotes we had received from dealerships in our area, even with the additional costs involved in transporting the car. We can enthusiastically recommend this dealership.

This is the closest SAAB dealer to midtown Atlanta, and I was very disappointed when I moved here and took my car to Jim Ellis to get checked out. The work done on the car was adequate, but the staff was not friendly and definitely didn't go out of their way to help.
