Killian Hill Service Center

This is the 3rd time that I've gone to Killian Hill Service Center and knew that I could not wait another moment to express how happy I've been with their service! As a woman, it can be very intimidating to have any type of automotive service done. Chris listens and has made me feel comfortable everytime I've had to "explain" what was going on with my car. Surperior customer service, fair pricing and quality work!! Thank you Killian Hill Service Center!!

I received a cpn in the mail for my B-Day for a free oil change. Went in only to find out my radiator was cracked. Killian Hill Svc Ctr was very competitive on pricing. Had them do the repair along with rcvng grt customer svc. Very honest and friendly staff.

We recently took one of our vehicles to Killian Hill Service Center. Anything you have ever heard about mechanics not being honest.throw it out the window at this place! They were great. They got our car done quickly, and the price was great. Hopefully we will not need their services, but if we do, we're going back to Killian Hill Service Center....

I've been using Killian Hill Auto for a number of years now, but I just wanted to leave a review today since they went above & beyond. I brought my car in for a 'check-up', and was told I needed new engine mounts & new struts (I was not surprised about the struts, and was told the rough ride I was getting was due to the broken mounts). Chris told me up front it would be expensive, but said it would be well worth it. So, I gave the OK. The bad thing: I had to bring it back because the alignment went out, and then after that was fixed, there was a strange rumble upon initial acceleration. Long story short, Chris & crew worked on my car until it was perfect, no questions, no fuss, and all was included from my original fee. The car runs like new.better than when I bought it used!! Thanks for your persistance in making sure it was done right! So glad I have mechanics I can trust & rely on!!...

The staff at Killian Hill Service Center are always professional and are willing to go above and beyond to help you and fix your car. They have given us free parts/labor just to show good customer service and show the customer that they truly care about them. They also let us make payments on the work that was done on our cars without charging any fees (very rare in this day and age). The staff at KHSC truly know about auto service and will do anything for their customers. A+ for everything.
