American Home Shield used this contractor as a service provider. My 93 year old Mother has been without her AC for FIVE days. Thankfully she can stay at my home until this problem is fixed. Bill, the owner, sent a repairman out on a Thursday at noon. The AC panel needed to be replaced. The repairman should have called before returning to make sure we would be at the house. Returned, left note for us to reschedule since we were not there. We have called all day for 4 days. Never answered or acknowledged our calls. AHS is finding another contractor to handle. Do not bother with this company!!!!

Bill and Adam repaired my heating and air conditioning system and did an EXCELLENT job!! They were timely, explained the process very thoroughly, and even gave me advice on a plumbing issue I was having. If I ever have problems with my heating and air they are definitely the team I would call.

Heinous experience does not EVEN begin to express my experience with this "company". If you are a decent human being and expect good service, to be treated fairly and in a courteous, respectful manner, then this is not the company you want to deal with! We had no choice, as they are on the vendor list with our home warranty company, AHS. My co-worker got red in the face when I mentioned this was the company sent to fix my furnace, as she had a major run in with them due to a forced referral from AHS. To sum up what could be PAGES of complaints: They didn't show up when they scheduled, didn't call for hours after the appointment was missed, lied to myself and AHS regarding the reason why they were late ( two different lies, by the way), when they did show up they went in my crawlspace without me being at the home yet, left us without heat for a week due to their inattention, chewed me out for asking basic questions, all of which was recorded by AHS because I had them on the phone while the son was at my house.(The AHS rep said he would never let someone like that come to his home and speak to his wife that way. He also lied aout AHS several times while I had them on the phone, funny.) Also, I am a female and was always alone with them since my husband works far from home and let me tell you, I absolutely was NOT comfortable being alone with these people by myself. They are despicable and disrespectful! I cannot reiterate this enough!

Horrible. They couldn't make a 5 hour window and couldn't call to tell me they'd be late. When they finally did call, I asked Bill from the office why no one called. He told me, "Ma'am, I'm too busy for this. Call someone else." I have reported this to my warranty company and have vowed to spread the word about how rude they were. I can't believe this company has any customers. I am sure they won't for long.

Bill, the owner, is wonderful! My A/C went out completely, I called AHS and they referred me to Bill. He came to help that day and after diagnosing the problem took the initiative to fix my A/C the next day rather than allow me to suffer without A/C for days while AHS got in the parts. The father and son that come out the next afternoon were on time and did great work in good time. Even going so far as to run up to Lowe's for a part that my ancient system needed and coming right back. Bill knows how to handle a TRUE emergency. Bill and his team at North Cobb Heating & Air handled this like pros. I would fully recommend them! Keep up the excellent work.

I've had AHS for several years. They normally send ok people, but this was the worst experience EVER EVER. North Cobb refused to call me back or return to fix my problem. I have 2 small kids in a super hot house. I don't think it's enough to have this company put on the do not call list for my house. They should be on all do not call lists!!!

My Furnace went out Saturnday overnight a few weeks ago. It was one of the REALLY cold weekends when it was 10 degrees outside! I called at 4:30 Sunday morning... THEY answered the phone! I had a technician out to the house that day! Problem diagnosed and solved and heat was on. Thank you North Cobb!

I'm not sure why these guys would get a bad review, they did an absolute fantastic job for me over the last year or two. I've had condensate pumps, thermocouplers, etc, go out on me and North Georgia HVAC was right there to help me out the same day. Bill and Joe are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. My AC went out this past week and they had it replaced the next day. We were only out of air about 24 hours. There prices are good and I would recommend them to anybody who needs HVAC work.

Thanks to this company for completing a challenging and complicated AC job. Their professionalism and top quality work is greatly appreciated. Especially great were Bill and Joe, who did a wonderful job for us.

I have used this co 2 times and they are great! They were helpful in working around my schedule with 2 kids to meet me. Bill and Joe are very friendly and answered all my questions! Highly recommend!!

Believe the reviews you see online - this company is terrible and has the poorest service I have ever received. Don't come when they say they will, misdisgnose the issue, and left us without service or air over two weeks. Terrible! I don't know how they stay in business based on all the reviews.

If there were, these idiots would be at negative five! AHS has made mistakes before, but using North Cobb Heating & Air has been their biggest. Not only do these guys not fix problems, they don't call you, they leave you without service for days, and then to cover their own a$$es, I caught them lying to AHS saying things were my fault! Unfreakin' believable... Did I mention they showed up a week late to their scheduled appointment? AHS sent a survey the day after the appointment, and I replied, if they had shown up, I'd tell you how they did!

These companies get one star only because there are no option to put no star! AHS sent Georgia's best price heating and air first. The service tech made completely wrong diagnostics on my A/C system. North Cobb Heating and Air came out and wrote up wrong evaluation back to AHS and I'm having to spend over an hour with AHS to get them to warranty what is under warranty. Not happy at all with all three companies involved in my home A/C leak problem that has been going on for last three years. Put away the $40 monthly premium to your savings and fix what goes wrong in your house with company of your choice. I've been with AHS for 11 years and it is just not worth it. Aaron

I wish people would read these before hiring this company. My home warranty company uses North Cobb Heating & Air. Guess what.....they didn't show up for their scheduled appointment. I called to see when they would come out the following day and they won't give me an answer. Nice!

Never use this company. No communication, no call backs, don't show up, worked on wrong unit and broke it, would not fix mistake. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
