The owner installed my ac unit three years ago and it has broken down eight times today being the eighth. He admits that it is his fault yet informs me he will no longer service the unit because I live to far away. I had to threaten a law suit to get him to come and repair the unit. What a nightmare. It's July 14th and it has broken down again. Stay far away from this business. He is dishonest and unprofessional.

The A+M person I delt with went above and beyond his work day to make it to my house around 8:00 p.m. like he said he would. The problem was a blown board in the air handling/furnace unit. I gave him all the info so he picked up a new board before coming out. When he first looked at the unit, he immediately said the motor looked bad. He asked if I considered replacing the entire unit and I said no. Next he said that if the motor was bad and he put the board in, it could blow that board too. When I asked if he could verify the motor being good or bad BEFORE installing the board....he said no. Well, that is just not true. I work with several electricians that say it can be done and is not hard. Bottom line, had him install board...unit works fine. Although he put in a long day and the price for the board and labor seemed ok ($140 + $60), I am not sure I will be using A+M again. Either job knowledge is in question or he was just trying to scare me into a new unit.

This company showed up as promised. The two young men that serviced our heating unit were knowlegeable and very professional. The price was extremely reasonable and we're back to enjoying the cool weather because we're not freezing! Thank you A&M. I have posted your company's name as my contact for HVAC on any future problems.
